How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Not suitable for long stays ( more than a week )
Budget standard rooms with all the basics that you might need. close to a metro station, with lots of various restaurants and cafes and supermarkets around.

It was a bit hot, and I didn't see any air conditioning. The room felt smaller than in the pictures. The bathroom was quite old, and water drained slowly in the shower. Due to electronic entry to the room, there is no physical way of locking the door, only by locking the handle, which felt unsafe.
Check-in was really easy; everything was done through an online platform. The bed was comfortable, and I found free parking on a nearby street. However, if I had wanted to pay for parking, I didn't see any nearby options.

- Near the Dristor Underground station within 5 minutes walk - You have a Lidl market right across the road, along with other shops and restaurants within walking distance (Dodo Pizza, McDonald's, KFC) - Neat and tidy (one small inconvenient on the cons list) - Shower worked great - Quiet room and the outside noise was non-existent once you closed the windows. - Comfy beds for 2

The place is accessible to public transport and has stores nearby, so everything is easy to access from this place. The room was clean and arranged, and everything they displayed on Booking was in the facility/room.

Through the walls you can here everything from neighbours, and it is not very pleasant.
Simple and fast to reserve and manage things without connecting with somebody.

Good location close to dristor subway. Place was good. Self checkin so you can arrive at any hour. All in all, it was worth the money.

Disappointing experience. Despite staying for 6 nights, the room was never cleaned. Lack of parking added inconvenience. Evenings on weekends were particularly frustrating as there was no warm water. Improvement is needed in cleanliness, parking facilities, and consistent hot water supply for a more comfortable stay.
The location was convenient, and the room size was just right—not too big, not too small. The new furniture added a fresh touch, and the bedsheets were lovely. Overall, a comfortable stay.

The only problem was with the air conditioner.It wasn’t blowing hot air,just only blowing.The plus was that the radiators in the room were working and it was not cold.
The hotel is easy to find and on very good place.The next door have bakery and on foot walking distance,very near have Lidl.The lady at the reception desk was very nice to us and help us with finding different places in the city.Also she knew English which was plus,because we don’t know Romanian.In the room everything was clean and it was warm inside.

Finding a parking spot in the area can be challenging, but not impossible.
The location is great - very close to a metro station and a huge shopping center (ParkLake). There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a great bakery in the same building. The rooms are quite spacious.

Bathroom could have been cleaner (I saw spider nets and also dust in some corners). One of shower cabin doors was not working properly. I can imagine this place is for short stays, but some drawers in the rooms would be a plus.
They don't have breakfast. Room was quite spatious, large windows towards the city (street; and yes, also towards traffic). Thus, the noise was not a problem (good isolation of the windows). Comfy large bed, bed sheeting clean and in good state (not worn).

Fire alarm going off a couple of times...awful sound. You need roaming or purchase a loaded SIM card before arriving. There was no WiFi at the accommodation and at one point thought I might have to sleep on the couch as I couldn't access the internet to get the code to enter the room. I got it sorted out though.
Drisdor is a nice area and it is worth visiting Park Lake which is close by. The apartment is comfortable and good value. Really close to Lidl too.

the room is ok, there is a big problem with the parking spots, if you be there with car you have to know that finding a parking place is almost impossible.
