for money the expectation was ok. room was clean, the staff I met once at the reception and the breakfast I missed because I left early and initially the receptionist said I will have something but when I left I couldn't see anyone .

could not get in the room with a wrong passcoe, helped quickly thugh; slow lift service; noissy front of the hotel due to a traffic; if in a quite room you wake up to a view from the room directly on the graveyard. there is a mini bar fridg but completely empty; a fancy coffee machine in theroom could not work property.

helpfull and kind stuff; fab a la card brekfast and nice service, choice from 4 menues; will all of it...great coffee with top up, yogurt, juice, all of it! ; nice bed and beding; good shower and plenty od accessories; modern and clean; great lebanese restaurant within the hotel; parking avaliable; next to the main road out of the cty yet close to the downtown 1.5km; quite rooms on the other side of the main road;

Check in is a bit weird. You have to locate someone as the reception is always empty. Nothing for tourists, no local info leaflets, maps or similar. House keeping don’t work weekends. And when you want your room windows open on a night there’s dogs constantly barking so where in the distance, not the hotels fault at all but it does disturb your sleep.

Great Lebanese restaurant in the hotel. Right next to the awesome cemetery. Shower was great. Coffee machine with a couple of little pods provided. I would overall recommend a weekend stay here, just take ear plugs.

The lighting was very poor, not as presented in the photos The shower cabin had rust on it and only the overhead shower was working People talking/laughing loudly on the hallway after 12AM A small inconvenience was the à la carte breakfast (the food tasted great, though), as well as the fact that I was requested to have had a reservation for dinner, even if I was staying at the hotel

The room was clean and confortable, some stains on the chairs and on the carpet, but overall it was very good and happy with the price. Coffee machine and capsules in the room. Beautiful view.

The room with twin beds has no one single bedside cabinet despite the space existing .

Unusual and attractive place in an interesting way , a blend of Romanian 🇷🇴 and Lebanese cuisine! The room was pleasant and the restaurant ‘s deco , staff and ambiance was at a very high standard .

The shower leaked a bit, there was a small bin in the bathroom and with 2 dipers it was full😪 there were few children TV channels, only 3, and not suitable for 3yo.

The apartment was big and comfortable, the staff was kind and the restaurant really beautiful. The breakfast was special with 4 kinds of breakfast menus and the staff was kid friendly and nice.

I’ve booked this room because I saw that the room included a nice bathtub. As I came to the room and inspected the bathroom, the bathtub was full of hair, the bathroom in general unclean, there was mold on the sides, the fan has a strong smell of cigarettes. Then I noticed that the carpet in the room has stains of unknown origin everywhere. Almost every single thing in the room has some damage, doors had holes, baseboards missing or unscrewed, paint all over things it should not be, trash bin broken, tv signal very poor. As mentioned before cleanliness is the major issue, bathroom dirty in general, carpet is dirty, sofa is dirty, minibar has mold and is generally unclean, windows are extremely dirty. The carpet on the hotel stairway is literally full of dirt. Door is opened by a passcode and has no lock. Anyone from the staff could possibly come in at anytime. There were people walking in the hotel until 2am, doors opening and closing, talking loudly just under the windows. There is no staff ever present in the reception, it just does not exist. Breakfast was ok, but if the kitchen has the same cleaning standards as the rooms, I regret eating there. And lastly the greatest part is that if you go to google reviews, you can find reviews with evidence how the hotel is literally offering money - that is buying positive reviews from random people. They pay around 10Lei for people who didn’t even visit the hotel. I might suspect the booking rating is somehow also inflated. I am not even sure how this property is allowed on this platform. Last thing that shocked me - the water that is “complimentary” in the room was already opened before (and probably refilled with tap water? I surely didn’t taste it after noticing that).

The room had a dirty carpet, I asked for it to be vacuumed, and even though I was told someone would look after it, in the end it was left dirty. Furthermore the bed was quite uncomfortable, the mattresses were old and uneven in their support.

Bathroom smells bad no matter what you do, furniture is cheap quality, they had replace refrigerator in my first room,

Front desk guy was helpful, the restaurant was good until the last day this Lebanese waiter gave me an attitude.

No amount of great customer service can make up for the facilities, which need help unfortunately. Broken lamps, broken hair dryer, broken curtain rod (or whatever the reason was for which the curtain wouldn't stay up on one side). The tub plug was too small so I had to use a towel to improvise a good size plug. The shower was slowly dripping cold water even while using it with hot water.

Very nice staff, who went above and beyond to try to make up for the facilities. It was fairly clean. Good location. Nice restaurant on the ground floor. Good heating. Fairly good breakfast.
