We loved everything. the host is friendly and helpful. he made sure we were having a pleasant stay. Before ariving, he gave us intructions on what to prepare and set expectations right. On our leaving day, there was a nasty blizzard wich made almost impossible to leave, yet the host took care of everything to either extend our stay or help prepare us for the blizzard. As a side note, if you come by car during winter time, it’s recommended to be 4x4 car with chains available, preferably for all wheels. Nature has a wicked sense of humor. Make sure you bring supplies, the nearest store is a 1 hour walk and the only restaurant in the area may or may not be opened to public (give a call before). All in all, one of the best places we stayed so far.

Excellent location (one of the most beautiful landscapes around) and very welcoming host. Vlad is always kind and helpful, offering good advice to reach the place and to hike around. The place itself is perfect and feels like home since minute one. Having a fully equiped kitchenette makes the cottage a perfect place to have a few relaxing days in nature.

I enjoyed the stay at the cabin and I'm already looking forward to get back with our friends. The cabin is well-maintained and has all the comforts of home as we used to remember it from 6y ago. The best part is that you can make coffee or breakfast and serve it while enjoying the awesome view of the valley and Piatra Craiului mountains. Vlad is also great and knows how to properly welcome his guests. If you're feeling adventurous you can choose to embark on a 5km walk down to the village and have lunch at a local restaurant. Definitely, the highlight of this hike will be the landscape and you won't regret leaving your car behind.

Here you come to reconnect with nature . It is absolutely quiet and relaxing. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, coffee machine, fridge , etc. . Patio for ground floor rooms and cozy balcony for upper rooms with stuning mountain view. The garden is big and has a big panorama terrace for everyone who wants to admire the connection between mountain and sky . The owner, Vlad, is very friendly and he will help you with everything you need. We will definitely return. Enjoy !

The place has a stunning location, the views are breathtaking. The rooms are perfectly equipped, very clean and there are lovely places in the garden to grill and eat, relax or just sit and enjoy. Good mountain hikes can be started directly from the lodge, the drive by car is a bit of a challenge...The owner is very helpful and supportive. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Everything! Amazing location, top quality everything, and the owners are so friendly people. The room was absolutely amazing, with stunning mountain views on all windows, hot water and a warm room all day and all night long. The upper rooms are HUGE and very confortable.
