The breakfast was simple, not many options to choose from. The bathroom didn't have a walk in shower (instead it has a free standing bath tub :-) which is deffinitely not our style. Anyway, this was acceptable for a 2 nights stay.

The room size was good, clean towels and changed daily. The reception personnel was very polite anf helpfull with anything we needed.

I had quite tasty dinner in hotel's restaurant. Polite and positive personnel. I would like to special mention the receptionist Laura, who met my request and arranged a bit earlier check in and always smiling and communicative the waitress Carla. Next time I'll stay here as well.

The breakfast was a bit poor with not that much to choose from. I would've like to have to vegetables, for example. The room was a bit noisy as I could hear most of the traffic outside.

I think the hotel is overrated, only 4 parking places in front of the hotel, they crowd 6-8 cars, in a not sufficient space. The lady at reception confused, asked us extra charge for the kid, then to cancel our Booking reservation. We refused and asked to respect our booking reservation. Then she sent us to take a walk for preparing us a bigger room, then, after few hours, when we entered the room, this was also not prepared for the kid. The room was cold, at breakfast, not all products were fresh and coffee was very bad. Services could be better.

The hotel has a good location, it is clean, nice decorated, big rooms with balcony.

Stayes in this hotel for 3 days. I liked a clean room, nice breakfasts, quite a good location close to the center and a fair price. I would recommend this hotel for all who's travelling to Constanta for business.

Even you do your best to find something you dislike it will be really hard.

The place is absolutely fabulous. The price is more than correct for such a conditions and I think should be much higher comparing with other prices in similar hotels and locations. The personnel was great, polite and careful. Nothing to add. I would go again at the same place if I have an option.

The room was facing a busy intersection - could benefit from better soundproofing. The minifridge was noisy.

The room could use a hanger, especially during the colder season when guests are wearing coats or jackets.

We've really enjoyed the large, airy room. It was quiet, we've had a good night rest. The bathroom had a nice bathtub, all necessary personal clean products. The first impact was with a very considerate receptionist, Constantin, if I'm not wrong, who accomodated us quickly, guiding us through the twisted halways to our room. Overall a great choice!

A coffe Machine in the room would mean a lot. It is not a Good location if you are in Constanta for the beach, It is more for business.

There were works outside in the street and there was a lot of dust and noise but it was ok in the evenings.

There was some road construction going on in front of the hotel, which is of course something that they can't control in any way. What I would have expected them to do though is to clean the balcony of the construction dust so that we could actually use it.

The staff was very friendly and provided quick help when we needed it. The hotel is easy to find and easy to access, good parking options either in front or in the vicinity. Breakfast options were sufficiently

The hotel and staff were fine but all the sea gulls were sleeping outside my window and they were so loud and also there is a huge construction site outside for the last 6 months and there was dust everywhere. Hope it will get better
