How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The window in my room was at a high level, I was unable to air the room or to literally watch out of the window. It is a bit stuffy.

Maybe They could give us some coffee or tea, and water in the room.

Hot water didn't always come in the shower.

The restaurant was on renovation. I found about it only when I did the check in. One evening and night were disturbed by a group of people with no consideration for the other customers of the hotel. The personnel of the hotel didn’t take any measures to stop these people. I didn’t make any complaint but I cannot believe that the noise that was made didn’t disturb the hotel personnel that is 24/7 present.
The location was perfect for my needs. The price was affordable and the service, reception and housekeeping, were very helpful and pleasant

There are dust spots and cleanliness is limited. It took a while for hot water to come out. Some hangers and curtains were broken. However, I didn't feel any major problems
The staff were friendly. A slightly convenient location. The wifi is okay, but sometimes weak so I don't recommend it for web meetings. The water areas and beds are clean.

No breakfast. We asked about breakfast as it was advertised on the website, but were told we couldn't have it. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel over others so we were a little disappointed.
Free WiFi was great, room was clean, bed was comfy. Great location in Sector 2. The staff were also very friendly and spoke great English.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay there. The receptionist was rude, the room wasn't cleaned well. We found hair in the sink and in the bathroom. The room was very dusty, the fridge, the air conditioner and the TV were not working in the room. When I told the receptionist the above, she started arguing and raised her voice back to me. Later that evening around 10 p.m. a man knocked at our door dressed very casually to tell off why I have complaint to the reception, he didn’t wanted to identify but I realised that he is probably her boyfriend. Really a nightmare. Please don’t stay at this hotel to don’t go through the same nightmare as me.

There was no breakfast in the hotel in spite some photos on the website showed nice breakfast table with food. But there was a small refrigirator that I used for storing meals for breakfast. Many cases there was lukewarm water only.
Location is exelent. Large TV with many channels and external HDMI connectors. WiFi was excelent.

Indeed, the night manager and his friends had decided to party all night in the lobby, talkin super loud and drinking beer all night. Literrally impossible to sleep in this hotel, as the sound of the voices was coming up stair but the door clanging everytime they went to the toilets. They were smoking so much that the cigarette smell was all over the corridor from my room. I went down 3 times to tell them to stop, with little effeect as their faces clearly looked at me like " we dont care". I finally manage to sleep at 7.30 in th morning, when they left, not after a proper noisy cleaning of the empty beer bottles, to end up on a high note. This Hotel is a scam, i have already filled a complaint to booking STAY AWAY..!
Nothing is good in this Hotel, stay away as much as possible. from the broken toilets to the room barely made this was already a poor hotel to stay in, not to mention the location far from everything central in Bucharest... not even the insect i found on my bed was a problem becuase the WORST is yet to come :
