The Hotel was really nice and the staff just amazing. They need to work a little bit on the carpets cleanliness otherwise everything was just great.

The food from their restaurant is not good and expensive.You can find better food and cheaper at nuba.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and nice, they also had free transport to the ski slope and the breakfast had a variety of stuff to choose from.

Overall quite pleasant, but had a few issues that detracted from my experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the parking situation at the hotel was less than ideal. It was difficult to find a spot. Another issue I had was with the bed. While it was comfortable, I found it to be quite high off the ground, which made it difficult to get in and out of. Aside from these issues, my stay at the hotel was generally pleasant. The location was convenient, and the amenities were good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel with the disclaimer that parking and bed height might not be suitable for everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where the employees went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff Robert Plesa greeted me with a warm welcome and quickly checked me in. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping staff kept my room in immaculate condition, and the waitstaff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. They were always eager to help and went the extra mile to ensure that I had a memorable trip. Overall, the hotel's employees were truly outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. Their exceptional service truly made my trip one to remember.

This was our second trip at Alpin, and planning for the next one, stayed this time at the executive apartment and it was enormous, clean and cozy. Food is great, swiming pool great and large. Only recomandation i have is to improve the kids room, equipment is little and old, estetics the kids room should be refreshed.

I enjoyed everything. It was my son's birthday and they had a very nice surprise. Breakfast was awesome. The SPA is fabulous even the water was a little bit cold. The room was cozy, nice and clean. The staff, especialy Robert and Bianca from the reception wereazing. Robert was the architect of the surprise for our son. He is the best!

Parking on site is terrible. Although free parking places are available, not all guess are let to park there.

Cleaning in the room was done in an average way ( confetti in the bedroom , in the living and in the bathroom) and on Saturday night we ordered 4 dishes at the room service and other things and they delivered only 3 dishes ( without saying a thing) and when we saw that one is missing they said it was not in their menu ( allthough it was ordered from their menu list from app) but they didn't bother to call back and ask to choose something else. Only one lift out of three was functioning

the carpet was dirty with lots of spots and the sparkling wine was missing from the breakfast

To get to the spa you have to pass through the reception hall in a bathrobe where is windy and lots of people. The heater was a bit noisy at night. There are no places to hang towels, bathrobes and swimming shirts to dry them.

The spa is nice, I loved the pool. It is clean and nice looking. The food is great at breakfast and hotel restaurant.

Great breakfast with many options for every taste. Splendid view from the room. Delicious dinner at the Gatsby restaurant. Big swimming pool and nice sauna.

the place feels outdated. not enough parking spots. the crew was misleading. the restaurants are way too pricy. you can get a better value outside.

I chose the place specifically for the wifi and ...and at some point it just stopped working; And I got unlucky to be there when there was some maintenance work done on the premises, I wasn`t directly impacted but I could hear some noises;
