The staff were great, excellent communication and thoughtful. There were nice small personal touches throughout the apartment and our stay. The apartment had lots of spaces and our daughter loved the play room. The location is fantastic with only 5 or 10 mins walk to most of the town centre

Parking is very difficult to find

Nothing bad to say. Parking is not easy in the street because not many spots but there is a proper parking place just 5 minutes away. Anyway, it is not the host's fault, it is a general issue in the old city. In the end, I managed to find parking just in front =)

The apartment is exactly as it is seen in the pictures, even better. Very clean and has everything you need (even shampoo). The beds are amazing! The design is great, really feels like home. Everything works and is in perfect condition. The location is great! It has a small room that was turned into a playing room for kids - it is a lifesaver for families. The host was very friendly and efficient. Many times I was disappointed by such apartments but this one was just great!

the beds are a little to soft for me. stairs at both entrance of the house, but with the interior space of the building you can leave stroller outside.

Most I liked the separate room with toys for my little girl, it was amazing. Great host and location. neighbours are very pleasant. location very ”roomie” for 2 people and a little kid. clean and tight all around, bathroom perfect.

The best apartment I've stayed in yet, in Romania. The location is perfect (we were lucky to have found public parking nearby), within the old town walls, a minute away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a quiet inner courtyard. The size of the apartment was more than generous for our family of four, with the added bonus of a small playroom, which the kids enjoyed immensely. The design is contemporary, the cleanliness flawless and the attention to detail in terms of amenities is amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, close to the center, even had a baby/child room full of toys and accesories. It had also 2 entries so no one would be bothered by come and go as you would like.

The location is a few steps away from the central tourist attractions and main POIs, restaurants, shops, supermarket, fruit&vegetable market, pharmacies, paid parking lots. It is close to both busy pedestrian streets and quiet walking trails in the nature. The property is extremely easily reachable, you can enter using codes sent by the host after booking. It is clean, spacious, cosy and it has absolutely all you need for a home away from home. The children had their own dedicated play room, so no screen time was needed to keep them entertained, despite the three TV’s available (one in each room). All the toys, games and books were great fun and clean as new. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. The hosts are amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of their guests. Great communication end to end. I would always choose apartment Bianca (and its hosts) and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, clean accommodation, for either leisure or business travel.

Hard to find a parking place. However, if you have the patience to drive 2-3 times within this zone, you'll find a parking spot.

I did not liked stairs down to the bathroom -at the night .

The rooms are at hystorical center. It smells like mold, the house was hystorical but renovated. Everything we could need was put in the room.
