The house is close to the center and to the underground, is about 5 minutes by walk. It is so beautiful and modern and also very clean and warm. Florin, the owner, was really kind and ready to give us all the advices we needed, he treated us like we knew each other from long time. Needless to say, if we ever come back to Bucharest we will surely choose this house again.

Our stay at this apartment was simply exceptional! The space is not only large and impeccably clean but also fully renovated, offering everything one could possibly desire. As someone who stands tall at 6 foot 3, the two separate bedrooms with their generously sized, comfortable beds were an absolute dream. Nestled in the heart of the city, the tranquility of this place was surprising given its central location. It's a peaceful oasis within walking distance of all the city's attractions, and if walking isn't your thing, taxis or Ubers are incredibly affordable, ranging from just $2 to $5. Florin, our gracious host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, responding to our queries within minutes. The thoughtful touches of drinks, fruit, and snacks awaiting us upon arrival truly made us feel at home. The kitchen was impressively equipped, complete with a coffee machine and supplied pods, ensuring our mornings started off on the right foot. Overall, we couldn't have asked for more. The combination of an excellent location, serene surroundings, and attentive host made our stay memorable. We've already been raving about it to everyone we know - it's a gem worth recommending!

The experience surpassed expectations - from the well-appointed interiors to the serene surroundings. I particularly liked the cozy rooms, and the lovely living room created a warm and welcoming ambiance. The modern and new design of the toilet added a touch of sophistication to the overall experience. Beyond that, the owner's friendliness and hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing and delightful experience!

We arrived very late at night (early in the morning in fact) and the host met us and showed us into the apartment. It was actually necessary because finding the apartment on our own would have been difficult.

I absolutely loved this apartment. It was beautiful and such good value for what we paid. Great location, free parking in the street behind us and it was only ten minutes walk to the centre. The building was stunning with lots of characters, and the apartment was modern and immaculate. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, great bathroom, and we loved the fab coffee machine with complimentary pods. Nice neighbours and Florin was so friendly and communicated with us throughout our stay. The small additional touches such as slippers, toiletries, and a bottle of wine on arrival were much appreciated and after a long drive. We only stayed 2 nights, but I didn't want to leave.

We have appreciate our stay in Florin apartment's, a nice and comfortable place near all commodities of the city center without the disagreements like noise. In addition Florin was always available for us and proactive concerning a little problem during the week.

Nice, spacious apartment. Sparkling clean. Extremely friendly and welcoming host. There were drinks, fruit and snacks in the apartment when we arrived. It was really nice. We felt very welcome and could focus on relaxing from the first minute.

Newly renovated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building is old but full of charm, we loved it. The neighbours were very welcoming and kind. Florin and his friend were extremely responsive to our messages and encouraged us to message them anytime for any need. The location is great too. You can walk to any of the Bucharest sites from this apartment.
