The sauna had benches with loose legs. however I told the receptionist about that and they promised to do something about.

Very nice breakfast, continental and buffet style. The position is excellent and very near to the center of the city. There are dedicated parkings for the hotel on the street and inside a closed parking site

I found the Hotel Room very tidy clean and comfortable. The location is very central in the town with walking distance restaurants and a very busy shopping area. I was made aware about some very interest places around but with my short one night stay I could not visit these places. The Hotel staff made me comfortable and advised and guided me around the local and distant areas.

AIR CON - old model and old style, very noisy if it is switched on. In October you do not need AIR CON, because city is located little in the mountains and it is sometime cold in night. Housekeeping is not done every day.

Excellent breakfast, included in room's price. Hotel location - close to city center, old city of Brasov can be reached by foot. Very quiet in night, no noise from outside if you have a room overlooking the courtyard.

A little bit tricky to find hot water – its supply depends on how intense is your usage of water. No lamp over the desk, after sunset it's dark and you barely see your laptop's keys. Really small bathroom. All this applies to room 203, I don't know about other rooms.

The ac was loud and didn't actually cool the room. It took out no humidity and took more than 24h to barely reduce the temperature at all

You can't open the window for some fresh air, but air-conditioning was very efficient.

Professional staff. Quiet location not far from the main square. Free parking on site. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast with fresh products. All one may need for a short stay in Brasov.

Shower was broken.. barely worked Staff did their best to find us a parking spot, but 2 of our 3 cars were parked questionably... No minibar, no vending machines, reception was closed after hours. We needed a glass of water and luckily we had a bottle left in the car. Otherwise the only option if to find something outside the hotel.

The breakfast is good, but sometimes they run out of things (such as pastries) by 9 a.m., an hour before breakfast is scheduled to end. It would be good if these things could continue to be replenished.

This hotel is in a very good location. Only a 5/10 minute Uber from Braşov train station and then a 15/20 walk into the centre of town. The staff are friendly and the room is clean and the beds are comfortable.
