No lift (not sure if stated on description). Not enought toiletries for the duration of the stay. Not really a double bed, but two single pushed together - not comfortable for a couple. Breakfast nice enough, but some days lacking certain things (milk, yoghurt...), not even available when requested.

The basement location of the room was dark and unfriendly with no outside window. The disability bars in the shower did not help either.

The AC was incredibly loud, impossible to sleep with and it had a warning to not change the fan speed, the pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows in the world I opted to sleep on a hoodie, and the water pressure was inexistent, atrocious.

Tight private parking. Limited availability of reception desk without any prior notice (the Booking.com offer does not limit check-in time and claims 24h reception desk). The given room was quite horrible. Unlike presented on photos, it was dark, located on or below ground floor and without air conditioning. Not recommended!

WiFi is terrible. Better using your mobile internet. Small room is in 80's style. Rose illustrated wallpaper on carton wall and ligt blue tiles on the bathroom wall with dolphin decoration. Smokers under the window. Bad bed.So only for really tired good sleepers.

The bathroom was ultra small one person had problems fitting there. Our room did not have curtains that keep the room dark during the first hours of light.

The location is superb, the parking even being small its a great assett. The staff tried their best to make us comfortable and helped us as best as they can. The breakfast had much options and was overall good.

Before booking i phoned the hotel to clear that my 10 years old son was going to have an extra bed and they told me, yes, with no extra charge since my booking was for 4 adults and a 10 years old child. After booking and paying, they emailed me that i was going to be charged 10 euro per day because the booking was for 4 adults and 1 child 0 years old (not 10 years old). Notice that the same problem appeared at the hotel in Bucharest but after explain them that this is a problem of Booking.com they understood and didn't charge me extra. When arriving i explained again that this is a problem of Booking.com but they insisted for the extra charging. So be careful during booking. Any way, we where given a two bedroom apartment at the third floor. No elevator. Had to carry all luggage's from the stairs. There where no regular windows but roof windows with no black out curtains resulting waking up all family from 0530 in the morning (really annoying). Only 1 air-condition in the entrance room, the children bedroom with no air-condition and our room with a free standing air-condition but when switched on it sounds like a concrete mixer. Luckily the temperatures weren't so high and during the night with the air-condition at the entrance room and the bedroom doors open, it was relatively tolerable. Divans where old and my sons bed with no bed cover. During having a shower the water was running for 1 min and then stopped. Breakfast was decent but same things every day. Parking was ok. Stuff was sullen and not so helpful. If you speak to them, they will speak. Generally not so pleased. Value for money.

The room was below expectations. It definitely requires renovation. The bed was sunken due to being in use for a long time. There were spider’s webs on the celling. There was no drinking water in the room what is a standard now. The walls are thin. You can hear every noise / talks from a near room or a corridor.

A perfect hotel for a stay in Brasov. The staff was helpful and friendly. The interesting design of the rooms creates the unique atmosphere. Close to the old town and Tampa, but situated in the quiet, elegant area.
