A few days ago, me and my wife visit Bukarest for one week for vacation and we booked the Arbans Elegant apartment. The apartment is in central Sector 1, so it´s only a few minutes away to the metro station Piata Unirii, a bakery and a small supermarket. The owner Camelia was very friendly and we had a nice contact all time time. The apartment itself was very great because we had a lot of space in it, it was well equipped with all things for alldays life and it was very clean.

The living room doesn't heat up properly. There is no microwave, which would've been useful. The bed is also very, very soft, which for some can be great, but for anyone suffering from any back issues is very bad.

Location is great, apartment is very nice and great for a short stay.

Amazing location, short walk to the old town, Union Boulevard and other central attractions. Quiet street with plenty of trees. Comfortable, clean and affordable apartment. We liked having a coffee machine too!

The apartment had everything you could need, the level of detail & care put into the apartment was amazing. The owners communication was prompt and helpful with tips for the city. I couldn’t recommend it more.

The flat it's situated in the heart of Bucharest, very clean, with all the facilities of a 4* hotel and the host is responsive. I like the self check in/check out system as it gives you more flexibility when arriving/departing. I totally recommend it and I will stay here again whenever going to Bucharest

Nothing, everything was exceptional

Everything about the apartment was perfect - extremely clean and cosy in the very heart of the city - just 15-20 minutes walk from the Palace of Parliament and the Old town. You can park anywhere on the streets around the apartment as it is situated in a free area which is extremely convenient. The self check in and check out are very easy. There is an elevator in the building. Definitely would recommend the place to friends

The toilet bowl, when remaining for some time unused, it was filled with brown liquid and it was a little bit disappointing. Also the water pressure was too low

The house was very modern, it had all the amenities you ask for your holidays. It was also clean, warm, it was 10 min walk from the Palace of Parliament and about 7 min walk from bus stations

A clean and comfortable apartment got everything you need to cook and even a washing machine.10 mins walk to city centre. Sitrictly non smoking. A little tip dont think it is november and there will be no mosquites use the electronic mosquito repeller inside. Amy market nearby is good and if you need extra coffe you can find tchibo capsules in shop and go markets

The self checkin/checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow. There are a few shops nearby. They also provide a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped they also provide coffee and tea.

Perfect location, perfect and very cozy apartment. The communication with the host was very easy and the instructions for the self check in are easy to follow. The apartment is in walking distance from the old town. Although it is on walking distance from center it is located on a very quiet street. Beds are comfortable and all the amenities were well thought of and we really felt welcome in this apartment. Amazing.

An excellent apartment with great facilities and a stylish design. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you would need to make it a comfortable stay. The complimentary coffee was a lovely touch. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in Bucharest.

Exceptionally clean, good use of space and storage where needed, bed is so comfortable! Great value for money, shower is so relaxing. location is no more than a 10 minute walk to Unirii square. Would definitely stay there again.. Camelia is a great host. Quick replies and so friendly.

This is my first rather negative review of a host and I’ve stayed at many similar flats before. Unfortunately my experience with the host is that Camelia was particularly unhelpful and rigid and she did not try at all to accommodate (reasonable) requests when asked compared to my experience at other accommodations both abroad and in Romania. I personally wouldn’t stay here again as there are plenty of better options around Bucharest! I would also flag that the communal areas in the building often smelled of rubbish.

The flat itself was mostly fine. It is fairly small but clean.

Air conditioned only in living room, no ventilation (or not working) in bathroom, a small table with only 3 chairs (for a family of four), could be more clean.
