In the q&a sections that they say you can pay with vacation vouchers but at the reception we were told we can't as we reserved through booking and the only way to pay with the vacation voucher was if we would have called the reception directly to book the stay. Another thing for us were the pillows which were way too soft even for someone who typically prefers softer pillows. I'm certain this is just a matter of taste and it would be impossible to please all preferences for every minor detail but it does speak about our personal experience.

Very clean, polite and friendly staff, in the center of the city. Good and varied breakfast options. Overall a good experience and we most likely will return if we have more business in the area.

Actually there was problem with the shower cabin not being tight. Everytime i showered the bathroom was flooded somehow. I did not have time though to complain so they don't know about the problem. I am sure they would have fixed it quickly if i told them.

Very clean, orderly hotel, silent during the night. Good breakfast and friendly and honest staff. Anecdotal story: I forgot my wallet at the check-out and went to the breakfast on the last morning of my stay. The clerk found me and brought it to me. Really grateful for that as it would have been a major disaster for me if i had really lost my wallet.

There was a renovation in the hotel, on the same floor as the rooms, and it was difficult to walk in the corridor. There was only shampoo in the bathroom, no slippers.

The room was hot at night and I had to open the windows to cool it down. Not a big problem.

Breakfast was very good and the hotel even sourced Gluten free bread for me. The room was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. Check in and out was smooth and efficient.

this hotel is the best hotel ive ever stayed all over the world . the sheets and towels are changed every day , the room is cleaned and vacuumed every day . the staff is very very friendly and helpful . im a smoker so the big balcony , which has a wonderful view of all the city center , is just perfect .

As autumn was already in place, the heat was not working so we had to use the heat function from the AC which is not quite environmental friendly. The second thing which is a downstep is that there are no parking spots dedicated to the hotel, and I understood from the receptionist that is the Town Hall administration that does not allow them to buy some of the existing parking spots. However there are parking spots created by the Town Hall for which you pay around 1 Euro/day.
