28 degrees in the room in April... The air conditioning was not bringing in cold air and the fridge was radiating A LOT of heat, so we had to keep the door open a lot of the time. Very expensive parking. If you have time to search, there are public parking spots close by that are MUCH cheaper, but you waste time doing this. Great view of Tampa hill, but basically no balcony to enjoy it from. Such a shame

The rooms are dated, the parking is crowded and barely find a parking space. You can hear people from other rooms when you are trying to get some rest. They have charge for an extra bed as was described however the bed was really uncomfortable and the little one was unable to sleep in it.

Location is very good, the SPA is very good despite the fact the water in the swimming pool was cold. Breakfast was very good during the weekdays.

The heating system could be improved. In the first room we got it was broken and didn't produce any heat at all. Then we asked for another room where it was working, but even though we followed the instructions to set the temperature, when we returned to the room there were sauna conditions, >30 degrees according to the display, so we had to keep the window open for a while. It was then fine for the night. The pool area is nice but could do with a little renovation, and a water/tea dispenser in the sauna area would be useful too.

Excellent location in the city centre, beautiful views of the whole town from the balcony. Superb lobby and generous spaces everywhere. Despite the central location the noise level is not disturbing at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast excellent, a lot of choices and great quality - I think it is these two elements that could warrant the five stars, the rest of the hotel is rather on a 4-star level.

The hotel it's not exactly new, there are all kind of small signs of wear. And the 5* rating I thing is a bit exaggerated especially taking into consideration the room.

Breakfast is great and the stuff is very nice. Position of the Hotel is great for visiting Brasov and Poiana Brasov.

The parking for the guests is too expensive in my opinion (approximately 3 lei hour we paid more that 140 lei for two full days).

First of all they don’t have free parking for their guests. Twin beds were one of the smallest i ever had in a hotel. Not enough seats for breakfast. Peak hours need to wait for tables. There was a gentleman working there saying people spending more than 30 min at the tables. Well Mr employee i am paying big money for this hotel so i can stay even 4 hours. You need to make sure have enough seats. Thank you!

Location was great. Breakfast selection was one the best i ever had. Indoor swimming pool and sauna.
