There was no toilet paper. The toilet tank did not work. After the shower, the water accumulated and stood all night. Outside the window at midnight music was playing from a nearby burger joint. The curtain did not open, which made it very difficult to open the window. There was only cold water in the cooler, so it was impossible to make tea.

There are transport stops nearby. The location is convenient. The number looks good enough. The electronic key with the card works. You can drink coffee from the coffee machine almost always. You can leave your luggage if you have a late flight.

The booking was for single room with 2 single beds, but in fact it was just big single bed. AC is having hard time to cool the room if you are visiting in summer.

The room needs to be improved (wobbly toilet seat, broken roller blind and woobling headboard) Also, I found a large piece of hair in the drain, which did not allow water to go down the drain normally.

Good location, security system and there is a mini-market in the same building. Also it is quiet at night and you can have a peaceful sleep. Good and helpful staff (quickly respond to messages and requests; they settled us at the request before the official check-in).

I`ve stayed in room nr. 7. First..when i`ve entered i tought it was a closet or something ( that small..yes ) . Dirty sheets ( with a blood stain on my pillow ) and the TV was for decor, not functioning! They charge this price only becouse they are located in the center...

I liked the position ( Pitata Romana ) and the fact that i found sum` books to read!

I could make a very long list of problems but I'll just list a few. -The hotel attendant is extremely rude and threatening. Other guests told me to stay away from him/her, he/she don't wanna help. I'm adding the messages he/she wrote to me. -I was forced to upload my personal information, identity and photo to a ridiculous website. Who will have access to this information? How will my Information (Data) security be ensured? I was not given my room number and I tried to find out my room number for hours. They gave a link and there was only the general door access code, not the room door. -A man was staying in the room they gave me. They gave him the same room. -I stayed for 4 nights. The room was never cleaned. Towels and linens were never changed. -There are blood and food stains on the bed and pillows. Extremely dirty. -There are coffee machines in the promotion on booking.com, but they do not actually exist.

Host is disrespectful (see images of our conversation). Even if the host was right at the end because my stay went well, this is not a way to speak to your customer. Never go there no matter the price. I should have read the previous reviews about this host. I was going to give a 7 or a 8 because for the value it’s a nice studio. But only because of the behaviour of the host, this accommodation does not deserve more than a 1.

Disappoint, and judging by other's reviews which I should have read before booking and not done it in haste from my phone, well under expectations. The owner seems to be quite prompt and sharp in replying to reviews and trying to defend him/her self but not in replying to messages. -hallways has a strong smell of tobacco which eventually makes its way into the room. What's the point of saying non smoking in the room ad? -room has an unwelcome feeling with old paint, stained and cheap minimal furniture. a hole in the wall with 1 hanger considered wardrobe. -it was not clean at all. dust, dead bugs on the floor, some hair in the shower drain and behind the bed was probably never cleaned -towels looked clean and smelled of detergent but bedding, still not sure of it. all wrinkled and pillows squashed -it was cold.like very. Radiator stone cold in the middle of November. -Blanket was very thin and I had to double it up to stay relatively warm. -Air con unit/heating as well as hair dryer were not working. -I contacted the property via booking for above and to date still no answer -Very noisy! Music from the nearby bar until about 11.30pm, then road/construction works till about 1am. And then all night people talking on the hallways. Probably coming from clubbing at those hours. Thank for those earplugs I had with me. Out of the many bookings I made all Europe over the years this is for sure top 2. The only value in the price is location but even then, there are others just slightly more expensive in the area worth paying the 5euro difference. It should not be allowed to operate like this. And nothing the owner will say can justify the lack of basic cleanliness, excessive noise and stank of tobacco. If it wouldn't had been 10pm and just 1 night I would have looked for something else.

The only thing good about this is location and wifi. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area

The room was quite chilly, and the bathroom was lacking toilet paper. To location is indeed modest and fantastic value for the money, but some things are a must-have. This is of course easily fixable, must have been a misstep from the staff.

Super-central location, perfect for short, no-frills stays. Coffee and beverages are provided at the location, but I did not get the occasion to try them, but they looked pretty good. If you just need a place to crash, this is perfect.

Teriible room. Very dirty room, has not been cleaned for days. The room had a bad smell all the time, the beds were broken, the walls wdre also dirty and in the bathroom there were spider webs. Allthough i asked for another room, they never ansered. I slept o ly for one night, instead of three that i hane booked.

The photos speak for themselves, this is how I found my room: with 2 worn out bath towels, the bed not ironed well, a small bathroom where the sink was 'included' in the shower...! The toilett seat is moving, it is not fixed. The window curtains broken, could not be pulled up. Noise on the hallway and construction sound (in the building!) starting from 8 AM!!!!!

Just the location! And even that is not perfect as you barely find the hotel, it is hidden on a side street.

I had difficulty to access the room because the host did not send me the instructions on time. I had to wait outside until another guest helped me get in. The room was very small and not clean at all. The room I had booked was not allocated to me. I asked for the room I booked but I did not receive any reply from the host.

The stuff (which I only texted to) was extremely rude and even threatening, the communication was very poor, they didn’t explicitly explain where is the entrance (which didn’t have any signs), how to do the check-in (which was automatic with the code on the box with keys ), the property didn’t answer my phone calls, I had to wait 15 mins at night in front of the entrance to enter, then inside I couldn’t figure out which is my room and while I was walking around (which I found out later) the stuff was looking at me through the camera and texted very rudely throughly the booking app commenting on my actions and how inattentive I am about the link where the check-in was as if properly explained (for starters the property didn’t let me know that in order to enter the building and then the room I have to use the code from the link). I felt completely unsafe at the place because of the way the person texted to me and looked at me through cameras. The room was dirty, it had three beds and only one bed had a blanket o not which I couldn’t use because it was dirty, it was cold inside (in September) and I could hear people from the other rooms and from the gang, there was also a loud renovation going on inside the property. I booked the place for two nights but I left it in the morning after the first night and went to another hotel because this was just a terrible place to stay even for this money.

Horrible hygienic conditions, I woke up with bed bugs, the room was dirty, there was no hot water and the property didn't answer the phone even once. Customer service only refunded me 1/4 of the money spent. Absolutely to be avoided.

Booked a double room with a window view, received a tiny closet size room with a single bed and a tiny window 2m high so you can't see anything and/or open the window. Room was dirty, spiders and webs in the corners, several roaches, stains on the sheets and pillow, stuff in the drains preventing them from draining, only cold water in the shower even after running the water for 10+ minutes. Bathroom light wouldn't shut off which could mostly be solved by closing the door but the light still seeped through a bit. Walls were so thin and provided no soundproofing like the property advertises. I could hear full conversations and snoring all night as if I was in the same room as the other people. Luggage storage was offered and I informed the property that I was arriving at 10am. I didn't expect the room to be available until check in but since they advertised luggage storage I assumed I would be able to drop my bags. There is actually no person who works on site and no one to open the door before check in, so I had to carry my bags with me for hours. I would not have booked if I had known this was the case. Finally, the staff I interacted with through messages were extremely rude. I wrote them (since they're not on site) to tell them I didn't receive the room I booked and paid for and they accused me of trying to blackmail them (?) and said they don't care. Awful dishonest and decieving business.
