there was no tv in the bedroom nor the ability to cast to tv in the living room. the sofa was hard and felt as broken. the bathroom was fine but with very limited space for laying our stuff. room cleanliness can be better.

it was an apartment with two rooms a kitchen and a hall. Really spacious. Breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. many storage units starting in the hallway through the living room and in the bedroom. kitchen was well equipped.

Since the rooms are larger than most hotels, we did not like the fact that there were a lot of noisy families.

The suites are quit large and more fitting of a family rather than a couple, but we enjoyed the space nonetheless. The breakfast was decent, with a nice variety and delicious food. The location was excellent as well, not too far from the center and not too close to it, since we were with a car, we had no trouble with parking outside the hotel. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

I have stayed here for 3 weeks and it was memorable time in Bucharest. The room is comfort and spacious. The kitchen is well equipments. It is convenient to travel for long period. Breakfast is good with various food. The staff is friendly.

The hotel much exceeded our expectations: we were staying in a two-bedroom suite - a huge modern apartment, fully equipped with everything a person may need. Underground parking, great location, quite close to the city center. The receptionists are highly professional, friendly, sociable and willing to assist. We were provided a 10% discount for lunch at the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant serves perfect Mediterranean cuisine. Well worth a visit!

Lack of a washing machine, if people would stay there more than a week they would need a washing machine. On one of the nights, at 2am, our card did not work and the staff were not at the reception. We called their mobile but with no luck, eventually, after 40 minutes, someone came and reactivated our key. Please invest in a system where the users can reactivate the key in situations like this or introduce a code based entry system

We loved the apartment, the space was huge compared to other hotel types of accommodation. The location was great and the food at the restaurant was very nice.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the reception was not nice at all!! and the rest of the days

The apartment was not clean. Dishes in the sink and garbage can not empty!!! This is unacceptable for this price I really expect at least 25% off my next booking to revisit this review and change my point of view. Everything else was great 👍

We had problem with the air-conditioned it did not work. Just day after the fix it, it was too hot. They give only one key to the room which is not comfortable at all, it is also key with access to the elevator so you can't go without the key. The staff wasn't enthusiaste to assist
