Parking is just a bit tricky to get in/out of

Great location, very modern and very big room, full kitchen with electric stovetop and microwave oven. Staff was very friendly. We did not have dinner at the onsite restaurant but the atmosphere there seemd very pleasant.

Wifi did not work and employee that worked the evening shift said she could not do anything about it. Morning shift reset the router and wifi worked.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed every bite of it. The location was close to Stefan Cel Mare Tower and center. The rooms were amazing, big and spacious and very clean.

No air condition - the personell informed me that they also have rooms with AC but I don't find it on this platform and for sure I was not aware about this diference between rooms. Parking can be a little crowded because is the same parking for hotel and restaurant and you may be blocked or blocking someone.

The apartment is so nice, and very clean. The location is excellent. The area is very quiet and is very close to the center.

The booking price and the checkout price were different. The water in the room was too less compared to the number of people accommodated. The same situation with the number of towels and slippers.

The breakfast was satisfactory, with enough different types of food, but in the same time not overwhelmingly diverse. The staff was very present and tried to support every time they noticed somebody wondering.

Elevator stops at half floor level,meaning you either need climbing or going down several steps to reach your floor level which makes it difficult for elder people who will need help to carry luggage.

One of the cleanest hotels I visited. Receptionist was a very nice and smiling lady. Good choice for hotel that she is the face you meet while entering. Apartments are perfect.spaciuos,clean,open view,just perfect. Generous breakfast. Good service by hotels staff. seems the hotel is proffessionly managed keeping high standts.

One of the best accomodation we’ve ever been to! Everything was outstanding: the room was exactly like in the picture, very clean and tidy, comfortable, nice view over the city and ideal location. The breakfast was varied and good quality; it was a joy to eat on the terrace in the morning! The staff was super nice; even gave us a 10% discount voucher at the restaurant which you must absolutely try! Parking underground and above ground although it can get crowded sometimes. Extremely difficult to bring the suitcases from the underground parking . A ramp and a valet cart would solve the issue In the bathroom a simple towel hanger on the door would help as we had to be inventive to find a place to dry the towel I asked for extra water bottles and the answer was that only 2 per room can be offered …. For a hotel at this level few extra water bottles are an easy fix
