It is a bit expensive. Also, the rooms have a window that have a view in the interior of the hotel, but this is not a bother because you don’t stay too much in the room.

Great hotel right in the city centre. The breakfast was nice with quality food and drinks. The stuff is was nice and helpful always with the smile on their faces.

Big room, very clean and modern. The breakfast is really good. The hotel has a great placement, in the city centre. The architecture in the lobby is also very nice.

Staff on the reception didnt really have a positive attitude, specificaly Im talking about the women working there. She was a bit stuck up. But apart from that everything was perfect.

Staff is more than unpleasant. Its like you are staying at some low quality hostel. They dont have minimum of hospitality and the four of us noticed the same thing. Even other guests I talk to in the elevator felt strange about woman receptionist. I never experienced something like this in luxury hotel. But they didnt ruin my stay there! 😀

The windows from the restaurant could be more clean. Also it would be very nice to be a pianist to play some evenings at that beautiful Yamaha piano. I will appreciate more lactose free options for breakfast.

I liked very much the design, the location, also the restaurant had delicious dishes. The staff is very responsive and friendly. The room with street view was spacious and intimate. The other one with patio view is not so quiet. The patio smells very good, vanilla like. Very close to Brâncuși exhibition.

Maybe a corkscrew would have been nice, if customers would like to have a bottle of wine in the room. Also, parking might be a problem if you travel by car.

Best option in town hotelwise, in my opinion. Excellent location, very kind and obliging staff, splendid facilities and a very good breakfast, with choices for all tastes. My junior suit was large and comfortable, with a well-stacked minibar. Insulation is perfect and lighting the same. It's the fourth time I stay here and the high level remains the same.

I booked this room for my parents and they travelled by car so after I booked the room I send the hotel a massage asking them if I could rezerv a parking place as I don't want them to stress about parking due to the central location of the hotel. They send me a message telling me that the parking place will be 75Ron/per day. When my parents went to check in, they told them that I didn't specify that they will need a parking place so they need to find car park as the hotel has just 10 parking place and is fully booked. I didn't mind that their car park was full what upset me the most was the reception staff telling my parents that we didn't specify when actually I have send a message with the request. A simple apology for the inconvenience and maybe give them an option where they can find a car park would have been nicer.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the reception area is really nice. Some areas of the hotel are even nicer then the picture. The breakfast was very nice. And is really nice that the Christmas Market is walking distance from the hotel.

The staff from the reception was not very friendly, they seemed bothered by our questions or remaraks most of the time. The night shift was ok. Because of this next time I will book somewhere else. I found hairs in the shower and in the bed.

The restaurant staff and food were great! Excelent position on the map, we walked most of the time, to visit the city.
