There is nothing to complain about it maybe just the restaurant food can get some more variety and a bit of little improvements here and there otherwise the hotel administration is great.

As promised I always come back with pleasure especially due to the treatment and services I always got from the employees and personnel of this hotel. Beside the extremely comfortable rooms and beds the behaviour of the staff makes you feel very appreciated and valuable. Thank you for everything all.

no animation for kids in sept! Carrefull if you travel with kids!!! No entertaiment!! It s not acceptable for a 4 star hotel!! No drinks for dinner, except water and coffee!!😪

Clean room and nice polls, shame about the hoirs for slides! just 2 h in total per day and not always functional!

They can't actually guarantee a parking place, which can be a problem given the very narrow streets around the hotel. They do keep (unofficially) some places on the street in front of the hotel, and the security guy helped us with that, but I feel we were lucky. Anyone arriving immediately after us would not have found any parking place.

- they don't have enough parking spots for all the rooms they have and it is also costs separate fee. For a hotel with these pretentions I would expect that in the price of the room (which is not cheap) that you find available parking at any time. - for the evening meal you are not allowed to have Pepsi on the dispenser machine if you don't have all inclusive.

- the food was good (I had half-board and the supper was also great) - the pool area is nice with lots of activities for kids - they have evening entertainment - the room was very clean with quality toilet accessories - for half board and all inclusive you have free sunbed in a nearby beach

The minibar is not working, I informed the reception, without effect, although they promised to fix it the next day. Coffe machine in the room without coffe or tea, only 2 sachets of sugar… Also the minibar had only 2 bottles of water… to hot for very hot days! At 4 stars, I expected it to be full ! I’m sorry, a superb hotel that still needs improvements in service… for 4 stars!

The hotel was elegant, clean, rich breakfast, gorgeous pool. But the location disappointed me, it wasn’t beachfront like it was presented on the website, it was quite far, ~12 min, 950m

In the first night, the hot water was not functional but was quickly fixed by the staff A bit noisy at night Since we have been there in the last weekend of operation, the staff began the closing procedures (gathering of sunbeds, kids pool slides were not functional, the beach access was not free anymore since the beach was rented until the 11 of sept) and it was a bit dissapointing. But these are small minuses compared to the tremendous value that this hotel brings to the area!

The distance from the sea 15 min walking. The hotel was new and at the beginning of its journey that is why I will mention here some things but I am convinced that the management will change things over the months. - no fridge in the room and no minibar, not even a bottle of water - the pool was not finished, the water slide not functional - no towels at the pool - the air conditioner in room was controlled by the reception - the butter at breakfast was left outside, every day, and it was melted. - they did not refill the shower gel in 4 days, we needed to buy ourselves( for a 4 star hotel it shouldn’t be the case) - no slippers, no rope in the room

Quality and option of the food was very poor, the area around the pool was not clean, impossibility to purchase drinks during breakfast/dinner if you did not have all inclusive. All in all unexpected for a 4* hotel

The aircon was not working all night. On the next day too till the afternoon. The water in the pools is very cold, and there is not enough parking places for all the cars.. There is a tv set in the room, but no tv chanels. No minibar. The toilet seat is with sharp edge and is very uncomfortable.
