The refrigerator (minibar) in the closet is difficult to open for use.

Spacious room at the 5th floor, wide glazed along the entire length of the balcony, furnished in the classic old style. Bathroom with double jacuzzi, double washbasin, present all quality cosmetics. Breakfast with a wide range of options, all well fed even if we chose the final breakfast interval. Fresh fruit was much appreciated. Quiet location right on the edge of the beach. See view is fantastic, lovelly sunrise in the morning.

The cleaning services for the room should be improved (changing the beddings). Also, changing the towels.

The cleaning staff knocked on our door, daily, somewhere between 9 and 10 in the morning to ask if we want the room to be cleaned. Basically all the cleaning, towel changing, bedsheets changing was done only if you specially told them to, which I found disturbing. The room description on the site is misleading. When you select the room, the pictures show a much nicer room than the real one. When looking at the overall pictures, you do find pictures with all types of rooms.

The bar wasn't what we expected for a 4 star hotel, it wasn't really inviting. 2 nights out of 3 we didn't have hot water past 9 o'clock which was a real bummer. The staff were nice about it and sent a handyman right away but that only fixed the problem for that day, the next day we didn't have hot water in the evening again but we were leaving the next day so we didn't call them again to fix it.

We had a great stay here. Excellent choice for breakfast and plenty of food. Good coffee too. The room was nice and very close to the beach. Good size pool.

The beach pretty crowded and had to pay for 1,5h the day we left because it was not included in the room price. At pool though people blocked the sunbeds leaving towels on it.

The hotel is not new and old furniture.

The staff very helpful and they want to assist ,, the access to the sea and the pool is nice and big.

The room needs renovation - the furniture needs to be replaced. The shower doors were also old and hard to pull, but the major issue was the mattress - we had back pains after we slept for several nights. Also, the access platform should be build in some places - access to the restaurant, access to the pool as we had a heavy stroller.

The location is perfect - right on the beach. Food is amazing -we had full board. The stuff is very nice and helpful. Room was cleaned every day .
