Water pressure for the shower in room 308 needs a bit of a kick to be perfect.

Always coming back here; this little gem of a hotel, quite close to the main tourists' interest points in Brasov. Designed by the best architects, it is a pleasure to live here, breakfast is tip-top, clean and... best coffee money can buy. Parking available, safe and close by.

I loved the welcoming at the reception, the breakfast was really much better than in the picture and for sure the view from the breakfast area which is really breathtaking. The man taking care of the breakfast upstairs was really friendly with everyone and had a very positive attitude which is a good start in the morning for the hotel guests. The hotel is around 4 years old and to be honest I would give it 4 stars , it has a unique style and the position is also great. I will gladly recommend it

The communication with the hotel was quite difficult and I think they can improve a bit the listening to a guest's kind requests, as some things might appear not very important for someone, but to be very important for somebody else.

Very spacious room, well equipped also a quite spacious bathroom, an excellent firm bed, and a choice of pillows, a little kettle in the room, a very good size desk, for some small office tasks, the nice option of accessories, etc.

Not really something I didn't like, but an extra step would have been to be able to order room service.

Service was great, chocolate on the bed, water on the house, awesome breakfast. Mimosas for 1st of December. Room was clean, friendly staff, great shower. The location is 5 minutes away from the city center, getting to Tampa cable car takes 3 minutes. Breakfast room with 360 beautiful view.

Rooms need a bit of refurbish, specially the carpet on the floor. Breakfast was far from what i expected, taking in consideration that at one point it was marked as Fabulous/Great on booking.com . The cooked selection ( eggs, sausages, bacon) seemed like it was cooked one day before and also the pastry and bread weren't that fresh.

The location is a big plus and also the private parking. The rooms are spacious with a big bath, clean, and room temperature was perfect.

Only one pillow. Noisy (certainly with short-circuit) smoke detector. They installed an audio speaker in front of the room's door. Everyday, at 07 am, the restaurant starts a lounge music (and you will hear it loudly thanks to the speaker). The sound is turned off only at 10 pm. Definitely not a place to stay if you're looking for peace and quiet.

Great location. Excellent breakfast. They have also a small car park besides the car spots in front of the hotel.

The room was made for two: among other things, with two not-that-big blankets on the bed. When I asked the reception if they can give me one big blanket as I'm alone in the room, the response was amazing: 'Oh, you know, all rooms are like that, they're made for two people. We don't have bigger blankets.' No intention to solve the issue, unfortunately. I can't say I fit nicely under the blanket, it was small for me. I'm attaching a picture of this blanket; it's quite narrow. The lift works from, technically, the 1st floor, there're two flights of stairs, and nobody helps you with you baggage, you have to crawl up yourself. And there's no luggage ramp at the hotel entrance — again, you have to crawl up by yourself.

For the elevator and breakfast room, there are some steps you should climb; not a problem for any other people besides disabled ones. Generally it is easy to find a spot in parking area. However, on the late night on saturday we cant find one, but park to a near location easily.

Location is so well. Rooms are moderately sized and bathroom is big. Beds are not so much soft, but comfy. Stuff is helpful. Breakfast and parking are positive sides.

Hair dryer in the bathroom - I understand the safety issues involved, but it's very uncorfortable to use if you have long hair.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, central location, comfy beds, large balcony, clean room. It' s a very good business hotel, similar to any other 4 star hotel chains. Parking is quite difiicult to find, there are only a few spots, but there are alternatives ( it's a private parking nearby with daily rate, not very expensive)

We had a forest faced room and it was very dark in the middle of the day, which was kind of unpleasant.

The property is near city center and you can go by foot to find nice places to eat or enjoy a drink.

Unfortunately, one night there was noise, due to a group of young people who had stayed at the hotel. I know that the hotel does not always have influence on its guests, but it is still annoying. The other nights were quiet.

The room was large and modern. It was cleaned every day and the towels were changed daily. The minibar was very well stocked with all kinds of snacks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room is located on the top floor of the hotel and offers a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. There was something for every taste. Here I wanted to mention the very friendly and professional service staff that made you feel like a special guest. Overall, a good business hotel that does not need to hide from the competition.
