The room was a little bit small , but it compensates with the view that has offered , if u sit down in the bed you când see the stars, thanks to the big rooftop windows.

The location is great , is close to the older center "piata Sfatului" and next to the black Church. The breakfast was amazing, they have a variety of products to choose from, and also coffee tea milk juices included. The staff is very polite and customer support is great. The room is quite nice (it has the vintage style of the city), it has everything you needed , a closet , with shelves and a seif, shower with hot water everytime, shampoo, towels and plastic Glasses to drink from. You have a tv ac a desk to work and the view which is astonishing, if u are lucky and it's a clear sky you când see the stars.

King size bed had 2 single blankets . very strange approach . some rooms noisy . staff was great and moved mine . my friends woke up at 5 am with music from the breakfast area . breakfast was average .

The toilet! The water is at the front, so you're going to be doing a poop skid!

Location is great! You get 2 single duvets on the double bed. Think they called it a matrimonial bed. No duvet tugging at night. Has a fridge! We love the decor style! It's quaint! Sloped ceiling, has nice natural sky light.

It was a bit difficult to air the bathroom (but really it's minor, the room was great)

Usb charger point in at least the top double rooms would have topped the chart but borrowed Samsung plug in charger from reception from extremely courteous staff.

The car park is small with only a few spaces, chargeable extra and also quite a few minutes walk around the block. Very minor, but the shower head attachment was loose on the wall, so wouldn't hold the shower up properly.

Lovely room, comfy bed, good size bathroom for location. Wide selection at breakfast, nice coffee. The restaurant in the barrel roofed basement is a must.

No bidet but manageable since lavatory is within arm's reach. Room a bit small to fit our 4 luggages

Location is within center of old town. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, though same menu everyday. Best of all, staff allowed us to leave our 2 luggages for free when we left for 2 days to visit Cluj. They also allowed us to stay in their office while waiting for our night train. Thanks much to Beatriz, Christian & Camella! Very nice staff in the breakfast room too😉

the fact that they haven’t invested in an automated barrier for the parking lot, you have a key that you have to go back and return, thus looking again for a parking spot nearby (which is kind of impossible or far away)
