The location is relatively central, the WiFi was working well, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast was well-assorted, with good coffee. The Belle Epoque is somewhat like a theme hotel: it was a theater in earlier times, and much decor and equipment carrying over from that former period is affectionately preserved and exhibited. For a place like Petrosani the Belle Epoque offers fairly tasteful and advanced accommodation.

The way they renovated and repurposed the building is stunning. Having breakfast in the old foaier of the theater is wonderful. They even had a small corner with toys for the kids to play with, to keep them entertained. The old pieces of history around the building are well maintained.

Being an old building the floor was creaking, but that was not a really big problem for us probably it was disturbing for the people staying at the lower level. No vegan milk options :(

The hotel was wonderful, located in a very interesting building, nicely renovated, it was a really pleasant surprise. Rooms are very clean and large and so are the bathrooms. The attention to details is remarkable, there was a shaving kit and 2 toothbrush kits among the usual soap and shower gel. There's a large parking and a nice restaurant. The hotel staff is friendly, attentive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service. Since we left early the next day, we received breakfast to go. Mountains are very close.

I was pleasantly surprized by this hotel. We chose this hotel at first, because we couldn't find anything else closer to Straja, but it will definetly be the first choice, next time we will need an accomodation in this area. The food was really good and the staff always eager to help. There are a lot of parking slots in the hotel courtyard . We had a room in the attic and one thing that I didn't like, was that the window couldn't be opened because of the snow. Probably this is expected in the winter, that's why I don't consider this a negative point,

Very nicely renovated building, with lovely decor and adorable teddy bears all over the place. The breakfast is really varied and tasty. But I suggest you show up early otherwise the food will get cold.

One night we didn't have a parking place due to an event happening in the location; I had to park on the street. Having the room on the ground floor, next to the restaurant, it was not always as quiet as we'd prefer.

The room is spacious; this time we took a bigger one than last time. Everything seemed very clean. The food in the restaurant is tasty and most of the personnel is friendly. The winter decorations still hanging around, giving a nice "breeze" to the place.

Even though the reservation on Booking was done and confirmed for 2 adults and 1 child (9yrs), the info sent by booking to the hotel system was for only 2 adults.

Nice hotel with a cozy and lovely room for a good price. Closed parking place which is a good advantage. Plenty breakfast. Im really satisfied with everything. Only recommendation, 2pillows would be great (smaller and bigger one).

There was a wedding in the second hall of the building (event of which we were not informed, even though we came with a baby and we asked for a cot). At midnight there were fireworks in front of the building, therefore right under our window, plus very loud wedding guest which took the party outside... We managed to get some sleep after 00:30
