1. There is one major downside that almost ruined our whole superb experience and that would be sound deadening. The rooms are not very well insulated and we had the unfortunate luck to be staying next to a family who both yelled, kept talking in the hallway and also had their kid run around in the hallway as well as in the room at very late hours. 2. The main road leading up to the hotel is filled with potholes and some can only be traversed at very slow speeds, as well as very narrow roads that can only be traversed by one car at a time. There is another alternative roads that is slightly better but it is not officially opened to the public. 3. The prices are a bit steep

I can safely say that this venue was the cleanest I've stayed so far, and I've had my fair share of 5* hotels but none were able to come close to this one. We had all the amenities that we needed and everything starting from clean towels, bathrobes, slippers were provided to us. The breakfast provided was the best we have had so far as well as the other meals we had were very tasty too. The staff were very polite and we had a very good time talking to them and we felt like they were paying attention to all of our needs. It has convinced us to come back again to explore it in other seasons.

The quality in everything! The situation in the middle of the mountains, very wild and quiet, the staff, the restaurant and lounge area, the spa was amazing. Every single thing was amazing and I strongly recommend to everyone! You need a car to get there and then you can easily walk to the cable car in 2km away and take it to go in the heart of the Carpathian mountains.

Everything was flawless down to every last detail, starting from the check-in when they welcomed us with Prosecco and “choose a motivational quote for today” message. It was a perfect trip for me and my future wife and she was delighted!

The 9km distance from Sinaia, mentioned in the description, is misleading when in fact there are more than 30km long. There are some refferences to the real km, but only if you have the patience to read the entire text (long one).

Very beautiful place, modern facilities, and the SPA is a nice touch. Excellent breackfast, with high variety. People are very nice and helpful (Andrei, one of your chefs, helped us get out of the snowey road, where we were stuck).

The Wi-Fi seems to be under-dimensioned. In the evening when the hotel was full, our devices could not get an IP. Next day as soon as people left, our devices connected without problems.

Only one elevator, for the size of the hotel 2 are required minimum. With small kids waiting for the elevator as it constantly went to the spa level was awful and not sanitary.

Absolutely stunning property, somehow difficult accessible, but once arrived, the hotel is a real 4 star hotel ( worldwide hotels standard), and as asked , the main attraction is the attraction for details! A reason for a wish to come back, sooner than later !!!!

Hotel had some issues that need attention. Evening restaurant service was insufficient, certain dishes were unavailable. Single elevator posed some inconvenience. Broken toilet brush and slightly worn-out towels need maintenance.

Quite overpriced and had a feeling like they wanted to get as much money from us as possible. I mean, at this rate, a free water bottle in the room would have been expected,but no - you had to pay for water if you wanted any after breakfast. The spa was small and there was no pool per se - just a bigger jacuzzi indoors and a small jacuzzi outside. Really disturbing that there was a schedule - no children allowed after 6 pm,but it was not at all reinforced. We left our kid at home for a reason and I understand taking kids with you on vacation,but if there is a rule regarding children's access at the spa after 6 pm,it should be applied and the staff should see to that. Would have been great to have more facilities since it is a remote location and the scenery is so beautiful - more outside facilities would definitely be nice.

We loved the location, cleanliness, the amazing food,the restaurant and all surrounding decor. We enjoyed the amazing and extremely varied breakfast as well as the chill out music during dinner as well. The spa was nice - great touch with the music in the sauna.

No other restaurants in the area. The road has some very bad sections (3-500m in total). I recommend a car with good ground clearance. It is ok for most vehicles, but not sport cars.

Everyting was great. Location, food, drinks selection. Clean and modern rooms. Interesting restaurant, some very good dishes, some not to our taste, it depends on personal preferences. Staff is very proactive, but some are very young, it is obvisous they do not have the required experience for 4-star hotel. But they are doing their best. Good people.

The temperature in the room couldn’t be controlled properly, so it was rather hot most of the time. And, when traveling with a baby, that aspect is important.

The location was perfect. The staff were very lovely and attentive. We appreciated the early checkin and late checkout. That was a nice touch.

The room service ends at 21:00 The tv s in the room are not wifi connected, cant share your netflix from your devices. You must bring ur apple tv or leptop with hdmi cable with you. The location of the jacuzzi is as bad as it can gets, you must pass by it when u do the check in/out or pass to the parking/reception. It’s really bad
