Knowing that there was a party with very loud music booked during our stay would have been helpful. There was no escape from the sound until after 11pm, even though they were on floor 3 and we were on floor 1.

Size of room was good and bathroom was nice. Need more counter top space in the bathroom. View of mountains was nice but, definitely includes parking lot view. Breakfast had good options. Staff pleasant.

It was the room on the first floor with the view on the roof. I think it's their default option, maybe you should notice the mountain view when you make your order.

Spa is not very functional! You should ask someone to come for opening sauna.You need to bring water with you. The coffee served at breakfast was bad.I preferred to drink tea.

No towels included for swimming pool policy is to take bedroom towels with you. No shower curtain in our bathroom which meant the floor was constantly wet. Should be adult only in pool after certain time for relaxing.

Room was a tad hot

Lovely hotel set on top of a hill with gorgeous views. Staff were friendly, breakfast was fabulous. We also ate in the restaurant and had the tasting menu which was spectacular. We got a free room upgrade as well Be aware that the hill leading up to the hotel is very steep - we love walking so decided it was a good idea to walk from the train station with our luggage- not a good idea!

Spa in another building with low facilities. They did not inform me that the restaurant was not available due to an event, even if I asked on purpose if its available. We received a room near the reception and elevator, because the had an event they did not announce.

Hotel also has a decent restaurant & room service. A bit pricey but good. Location is good for those with a car (parking available) but be ready to take a 5 minute taxi down/up the mountain to go to Brasov center

The hotel has lots of awards from 2012 and it feels like they haven't renovated it since then so it's showing signs of wear. Such as a huge bath but no plug so useless. Broken toilet flush. It needs a revamp and soon to return it to it's glory or to drop it's prices accordingly as its overcharging for dated facilities currently.

It is situated up a steep hill from the town. Easy walk down but either taxi or strenuous walk back. But location does give great views so worth the walk.

There is no option to have lunch, only breakfast and dinner are served. Maybe also brunch, since the restaurant openes up at 4 PM.

Nice big rooms clean. Good quit location on walking distance of the old city of you like going up and down hill. Breakfast was average, when it was raining we had to sit inside wich wasn’t very cosy. Outside the next day was good. Nice in and outside pool! Outside pool with a bar for drinks and a good view. I would stay here again

Room 23: The curtains don’t block the light at all. The shower didn’t block the water coming out so the bathroom floor was completely flooded. When we asked for more towels, we were made to feel that was not acceptable and received the comment “but your baby is staying for free”. They don’t give pool towels. The breakfast was not at the restaurant at the top, it was in another building; this was not clear at all upon booking- all the photos show the restaurant with the beautiful 360 view.

Beautiful simple modern rooms with beautiful view. The outdoor pool is really nice. The restaurant at the top (separate to hotel booking) is absolutely FANTASTIC. The food was amazing and view beautiful. Our 1 year old baby stayed for free and they provided a free cot. Breakfast was fantastic!!!!
