I didn’t like the fact that they had one queen bed in each room we booked. And according to their policy only two adults and one child can stay in a room. So basically if you have a family ( two adults and two kids) they want you to book two rooms. I found this a bit ridiculous. Most hotels I’ve been to, including Ramada hotels elsewhere, there usually are rooms with two queen size beds to cater for families like ours.

Passive waiter at the bar. The pool was not perfectly clean (possibly due to high occurrence of Sahara sand in that time period). The choice and taste of meals at the restaurant.

I was promised to stay in business room which is renovated but I have got old room, where the wallpapers were in some places not tightened to the wall even. I was absolutely not what I expected. During the checking the receptionist wanted to tell me that even though I had a business room I had to pay extra for spa. Only after I explained him that the business rooms have spa included he agreed for that. Nor the best my experience definitely.

To my friend they said that she can check out at 13:00 the same day and to me they said otherwise, so i was a littlw bit angry how they can make a difference :(

It was just so amazing, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, the pool was amazing, everything was amazing!!! I just had an amazing time!

Room wasn’t the biggest but enough for 2 persons. Location can be tricky depending on where you need to go Price may be a bit high, but it s very constant throught the year

The property and the staff were amazing. For only a 2 night stay, our room got cleaned and our towels were changed. Breakfast was great with coffee and other drinks provided. Staff let us store our luggage after we checked out for some hours which was a great help. Great experience!

The bar prices are outrageous for the quantity given.

Breakfast was decent, room was comfortable and clean, and the location is quite central. The staff is very friendly and the hotel overall has a lot of amenities.

Some light switches were missing, so had to walk to the door to turn off the light. Unfortunately, there was no water in the mini fridge, and I was so thirsty 😫

The Value for money: I paid 60 eur/night Great deal, considering the standard price per night is cca. 200 eur.

Staff by the entrance (particularly middle age lady) needs to remember that she works in hospitality business and meeting the guests it is nice to greet them, not just rudely ask - room number?

The interior is dated, few broken utilities in my room. Would not reccommend for long stay. The breakfast could be better. Overall it could be better for the price

The rooms need an upgrade for sure: some lights didn't work, the plug in the bathtub didn't hold (we had kids so needed a bath) the heater would make a large buzzing sound, the courtains wouldn't fully close..minor details but they add up... and the design is just not appealing There is nothing around like shopping, restaurants - this area is great if you need the proximity of the expo area, but other than that is quite far from everything

A standard hotel, nothing excels, but the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good! We upgraded for a reasonable price to "business" which gave us access to the spa area which is really excellent! Big pool, nice saunas, outdoor jacuzzi...

Those who stay for work probably need to get around the expo area (on foot that is). This is not easy, there are so many fences and barriers between the nearby other hotels and buildings. The owners should make this easier for everyone with pedestrian paths.
