The only drawback was that the parking is behind the hotel and if you miss it once, because of the one-way streets, you have to drive 3-5 mins to get back to the parking. Also you can't stop infront of the hotel, because it is a major boulevard with non-parking restrictions.

It was located very good. The room size was more than enough. The shower shampoo, the soap and so on, were from a very respectable brand, which was a nice finding. It shows that little touch you need to like the place.

The hotel has a very small parking place inside for which you need reservation.

The staff very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and spacious and had very good quality products (shower gel, bathrobe, slippers, shower cap, etc), water boiler with tea and instant coffee and a full minibar with great prices. We will definetly stay here again!

Only downside you have to carry your luggage from the garage but it is only one flight of internal stairs .

Had a suite the Venezia it was great with a separate lounge and view of the square and fountain .Bath robes and slippers in the room .The room was clean with a really comfy bed. Booked a car parking space easy to find at the rear of the property it is signed and has a roller shutter door. We called the hotel to open the garage it is wise as mentioned to pre book a soace.Close to main square with plenty of restaurants .

only paper cups for coffee at breakfast and we needed to ask for porcelain cups, also it would help to have extra pillows and a blanket in the room. not a major issue but little things could make a difference, something good that could become great.

The stylishness of the decor is absurdly overpraised in the hotel brochures. 3 issues with the bathroom fittings were promptly resolved. The manager has now noted (at our instigation) on the hotel's website that the restaurant is currently temporarily unavailable for lunch and dinner.

The hotel looks very good , I think recently renovated . The room was spacious. The bathroom very clean. Breakfast buffet good enough, with few kind of pastries. Everything very clean. Polite staff. Perfect location in the center of the city.

A downside of being located in the city center is that it gets noisy from the traffic, the nearby fountain and if you're not an early bird get ready to be woken up by the bell from The Dormition of the Theotokos Cathedral before 08:00 am. I was not told I had to make a parking space reservation in advance, even though I called and specifically asked about the parking conditions 2 times. I had to park somewhere else for about 30 minutes until the situation was resolved and some other cars had to be moved around, but eventually they ensured a parking spot. The breakfast was limited to say the least, as if they just did the bare minimum so they could say they offer breakfast. You had very few options and the staff didn't hurry with refilling the trays. The sweets were store bought like Oreos or Finetti sticks.

The hotel is located near one of the must-see squares in the city. The room was big and recently renovated and had a beautiful view. If you travel by car, you can park on site in an underground garage for an additional charge (be sure to reserve a spot in advance because they are very limited - 7 spots).
