The food is OK - do not expect too much it is 3 stars hotel... The parking is not big enough for everyone but there is parking valet that help with it. The view from the family rooms is to the parking only..

The staff was super nice, always ready to help with any issue. The location - on the beach... very friendly to small children (3,5,6). The rooms are small, but the kids had lots of fun playing pirates, so it is worth it.

Overall stay was very good, room was very nice, the Hotel upgraded to Sea View room for free. The staff was very nice, specially the one Managing the reception was very co-operative.

My only concern would be the bathroom trashcan which looks quite rusty , like it was held outside until we came here.

well... as it was end of season.... the Restaurant had a very big menu, but you could order only few of their dishes (eg: they had no cheese for burgers/ cheeseburgers, or butter in the morning - as they were just waiting in few days to close it and did not want to order new inventories; while prices were very high, for the same quality). That is the problem of the manager; the staff was OK and willing to help.

Cleaning could receive improvements, especially in the restaurant customers area, table was sticky although was empty, food leftovers on the floor and on the table legs. Would appreciate more flexibility regarding meals. We had breakfast and lunch included but we could not take the lunch included during the first day. We had one night here, so was must breakfast and lunch during the second day, even though we arrived on time for lunch even during first day.

Kids enjoyed the Pirates design, room ok, breakfast decent, right next to the beach, water from the pool had a good temperature.

It's not so modern, but acceptable. Depending on the period of accommodation, sometimes price can be exaggerated.

1. Breakfast was not so diverse, Sunday we did not see any salad, a tomato, cucumbers or vegetables for which now is the season. 2. Sunday we could not eat lunch as the staff said is only for ones which have demi-pension/prepaid. Quite a nasty feeling to be told we do not have place for you when all the tables are empty. Probably staff is not trained. 3. Although the hotel is on the beach there is no settlement for the sun beds. You are paying same price and no discount. Sun beds per day 30 RON.

The building is very old, renovated recently which is ok, but no elevators, you would see strollers left downstairs, so you get this feeling of less. Still feels like the poor '90 combined with kind of kitschy decorations. Breakfast is diversified enough, but nothing fancy, just food. The coffee wasn't great. The reataurant... I was expecting the food to be better because the prices aren't that low.

Suitable for families with kids. Very cost-effective place to take your kids. The guy from pool has a good vibe and the pool is vibrant and nice. The privilege double room is spacious enough and has a big bed (180x200) and confortable. The stuff is friendly and helpful. You find pretty much enything you need, including massage chairs, playground, a parrot (haha), even an ATM near the reception.

Lovely place, right on the beach, perfect for families (we were 2 adults only, but seen it as a great place for families) They have made a really nice effort to arrange our room as for a 'just married' couple, was really pleased of how we found everything❤️❤️
