International prices for a 4* hotel but not the services - no value for money - Paid parking, sarcastic attitude of the male receptionist, partial cleanliness, no wheelchair accessibility in the apartments and is not mentioned that is a separate building with no elevator, hazard pathway especially in the night as per attached picture. In the room there was a tea kettle however no cups, no tea or coffee sachets. The toilet had an extremely strong cigarette smell that didn’t go away with any kind of spray or perfume. The shower drainage was not working properly-staff tried to fix it but still not working, was mentioned availability of bathrobe - we had only 1 and slippers - not available. Will not stay again.

Availability of elevator, outdoor terrace, breakfast, food in the restaurant, receptionist Anastasia went out of her way with her attentive and kind approach, one of the Breakfast lady - she was extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating and one of the male waters attending our table.

The hotel rooms are getting a bit old but it’s fairly comfortable and functional. Breakfast is great with plenty to choose from. Large parking in front of the hotel.

Everithyng was perfect, it is realy good place to stay, but only thing is if you go to late breakfast, you will be hungry. So breakfast coul be better, mean in quantiti.

It was a bit cold near the windows. The heating system is not very performant.

The room was big and comfortable. It has spacious parking and it is great to be able to have dinner on site. The breakfast selection was also good.

The staff barely knew English when checking in (on check out it was better), parking isnt included in the price of the room.

The reception was not very helpful regarding the questions from "tourist point of view". Also, at one point there was a receptionist that didn't understand English very well, but we managed to get what we needed.

The room was very nice, parking available just around the hotel.

If you arrive late at breakfast you have very limited food options as the stock is not in all cases resupplied. We found only one bathrobe and no slipers in a room for two. The bathroom towel was ripped and everyday replaced with another one in same condition. Parking fee is 2eur/day more than parking in red zone of city center. Access for pedestrians is done thru the car barrier and you have to walk around de fence if you are using ublic transport... very weird... like is a hotel for drivers only. At checkin receptionist told us that we don't have breakfast included before checking our reservation and then told us that we have, after we were in shock... very warm welcoming... what can I say. When cleaning the rooms all doors are open wide... so watch out what you leave in your room.
