There should have been a free parking lot but there wasn't any space. Also, we were with a kid and there was no baby crib or additional bed despite we've booked for 2 adults and a 4-year old.

Not too close to the centre. However, we like to walk and found the 1.5km down a main road a very easy walk. There was no option for breakfast. However this is no problem in Bucharest, where it is easy to find loads or coffee and bread shops open from the early hours.

The room, bed and bathroom were all large rooms. We had one or two little problems. I notified the establishment via the booking app and the staff fixed them immediately.

One big dislike is the hot tub. Since we booked the room because of the hot tub on the terrace, we were dissapointed to find out that it was overall broken and not to the standards of the suite (soft touch buttons that are badly damaged and almost all massage nozzles we’re just for decorative reasons, no water flowing). It needs fixing or replacing altogether ASAP! The terrace is very big, but unfortunately it is not equipped to its potential. I would suggest a pool table, flipper or even a videogames machine. The bathroom could be more welcoming with a bit of redesigning (some fake plants at least) and it misses towel racks or hangers. The TV is way too small for how big the room is. Lastly, we found a popped air balloon on the floor next to a window…

Very nice location, cool and elegant property with a spacious suite and terrace at the top. It is ideal for summertime. Japanese restaurant on site with a big offer of sushi. Has private parking.

I had difficulties on night finding parking in the neighbourhood; there are only 2 free spots at the vila. Too bad they don't serve breakfast.

The balcony was not nicely arranged and it looked like you were in a jacuzzi in the basement. The products from the mini-bar were already half eaten (chips, peanuts).

Maybe too noisy. You could hear noise from the street and the other rooms. Not too clean either and location is not the best. We don't mind walking, but restaurants and all are 25min walking from there.

Marian, the receptionist on our first day, went above and beyond to help us and make us feel at home. If it wouldn't been for him, our memories of Bucharest would have been bad. In terms of the hotel itself, the room was quite big, warm and comfy.

The location was ok-ish a little bit noisy because is loaded next to a roundabout and there are a lot of car honks . We arrived in the night and at the arrival we had to park our car inside of a small yard where no more than 2 cars can fit and I was told that if I block another car to leave a phone number to the reception desk..a bit funny because if you go there tired and you sleep you may be called and woken up to move your car..the hotel should make this clear regarding the parking lot and for this I give them a big minus! The gentleman at the reception desk wasn't very communicative displaying a bored attitude and I had to ask several times (in Romanian) about the location of the parking lot and about the room..Next day after I tipped him his attitude changed 🤣🤣 another minus here for the customer service of the employee The room was number 6 which was decent quite clean however the carpet inside the room seemed to have some stains , the bathroom's paint was pealing, the glass wall of the shower at the bottom was showing some black dirty marks around and I assume it was mold. The tv is quite small however can be used. It's pity I didn't take photos of this because I was in rush in the morning to leave and finish my work however it was room number 6.

I would say that the location is quite good if you want to be in that area but the value of the money for the service provided is not really worth it you can find better place for the same amount of money which for sure I'm going to do next time.

If there is one thing that desperately needs attention is the carpet. Either a deep clean or a changeover. Other than that there isn't much else to actually complain about. Maybe the small fridge can be a bit loud at night - we turned the dial from 4 to 1 over night, and back to 4 when we left.

The room has a nice french finish. Overall the furniture and style is nice. Additionally, the toiletries are very good. Above the average of similarly styled places. There is limited parking, quite tight but parking nonetheless.
