The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big and the bathtube super. The breakfast was also very good. It is in the citadel of sighisoara and the atmosphere is magical. Recommended!

Nothing against the hotel, but a Traveller Tip - if you have luggage and are coming from the train station, take a taxi! It was a 15 minute walk but the steps up to the citadel were a cross fit workout!

Staying here for one night, with my daughter, we fell in love with the charming, rustic interior. Despite being in a medieval style, it was very clean and modern, clearly well kept/renovated. We were in one of the smaller rooms with a great bathroom. We enjoyed the patio/courtyard space. Breakfast was an impressive range of Romanian and continental European dishes (it was the day after Easter and there were even chocolate Easter bunnies!). The staff was very helpful and checkout at 11am left us plenty of time to enjoy breakfast and pack. The location, in the medieval citadel, was perfect and everything was within a 5-6 minute walk. Staff carried our luggage up the 4 floors to our room.

It is a beautiful property and nice - but extremely difficult to reach the rooms on the two tope levels - the steps are difficult, and we were supposed to be in room 11 - that has a very steep steps to reach - luckily they had another room number 10 available which was one floor down.

Nothing. Everything was really nice.

The hosts are nice, and the temperature inside the rooms can be easily changed as per your wish. Very clean and peaceful...a place with a great energy. 💛 Hopefully, we will come back again soon!

This is a remodeled old house, and with it comes old-house problems, like incredibly thin walls. I could hear the conversations of the people in the rooms above/below/beside me clearly (though they were speaking a language I couldn't understand), as well as anytime someone walked up/down the stairs. This could get a bit annoying at night.

The location could not be beat! It is in the citadel, which allowed for early morning walking around before the tourists got in for day trips, but was still a bit off the main throughways so it stayed quieter at night. Breakfast was also lovely.

The shower cabin was not well fixed and the water was coming out on one side of the cabin, when we tried to take showers, but we managed to be careful, in order to not have so much water outside of the cabin, on the bathroom's floor. This problem could be easily fixed with a silicon tube on the edge of the shower cabin. Also the water in the sink remained a lot after we stopped using the water, so we believe a plumber should be called. Last, the mattresses were great, but the twin wood beds made a lot of noise in the middle of the night when we wanted to switch our sleeping position from left to right and so we could not sleep very well unfortunately. Be believe these beds should be changed. Besides these small issues, we had a lovely time at this hotel and it has a really comfy feeling.

We loved the location, we had a room on the second floor with a wonderful view of the church. It was really clean and warm in the room for all our stay. The hotel is right in the citadel, so it was near all the attraction points. It was a beautiful trip and we would be delighted to come again here.
