We were well looked after. On my birthday, the owners bought a bottle put bubbly on the breakfast table, which was a lovely gesture. They also packed us up with sandwiches for our trip to the airport as we would have missed breakfast, good location, 35 min walk to castle

Parking is free on the street, if you wish to have the car parked inside you must pay a 25 ron fee. What bothered me the most was the impolite attitude of the receptionist, we wanted to leave as soon as we arrived, so welcomed we felt. Inappropriate comments and rude behaviour. It's a pity of such a nice location that she is working there. She should maybe attend to other jobs than the reception/customer relations. That is the main reason for the low rating we gave to this property.

Everthing was old and smelled funny. The host was rude and offensive. Do not stay here if you dont want to ruin your vacations.

The property refused to accept us as we had a child of over 6 years old. The host was very rude and when she saw our child asked us to leave the property.i did not encoutered this anywhere in this world. They refused also to refund us the money The property is very old, with old furniture, flies everywere in the reception area. The pool is tiny and all the pool accessories are with pay. Towels 10 lei, table and chairs 40 ron. Everything smelled funny. When we were there all the property was empty although it was a weekend and every other property was booked. I would not recomand this stay even to my worst enemy and for sure I wll also contact the autorities about my money back

- Way too expensive for what you get, good only if you don't have any other option. - Bad breakfast, can't recommend it. Might've been a single occurrence but watch carefully at what you eat, I had 2 slices of bread with mold. - Cigar smell in the hallway and in the bathroom ( if you turn the vent off most likely cigar smell will come in ) - The man at the check-out was nice but I am pretty sure he was drunk.

We paid for an apartment in an 4 star’s hotel and we find the rooms with poorly furniture, an very old sofa in the living room and both terraces in a very dirty condition.

the rooms were basic, dated and very loud with adjoining rooms making lots of noise which the Russian staff did nothing about. Breakfast was terrible with very little available. The location was also poor, 30 minute walk to Bran and no public transport. The pool was full of dirty green water

Beautiful building however tired, needs upgrading. Overall clean but because of the old finishes everything looks untidy. Probably if I wouldn’t pay in advance for the stay I would go for something better quality.
