We stayed at the hotel for one night. This is modern smart style hotel, registration via mail, no keys, only codes. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness. Very friendly staff. European breakfast, rather modest, lacked fresh vegetables for my taste, but was compensated by the quality of the products and good coffee Lavazza.

It was a fair bit of walk from the railway station, and also not very near the historical centre. On the other hand, there is good public transport.

Breakfast could be improved - cereals, breads, pancakes and some hot eggs/cold meats but limited and no fruit. Would be great if you added some fruits/nuts.

We stayed here the night before a trip to the mountains. Great stay - clean and comfy beds, quiet, warm, well located and easy to find. No complaints!

Good hotel, everything was ok, the entrance was a bit strange but it was due to the renovation, so it is temporary. Good breakfast. Close to city center!

Extremely glad that I had a smartphone, as the hotel has a lot of high tech features including opening the room door from your phone!

The hotel is roughly a ten minute walk from Brasov station, this being easy to find, and in spite of being adjacent to a main road, there was no noise within the hotel. The room was spacious, the temperature comfortable, as was the bed, and there was a really good breakfast included in the price.

I did have some issues with the light switch. The bed lamps can be turned on/off only from the bedside, IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN. And that's an issue (that I'm not sure if I'm right or not :) ) The window is letting some noise getting in easily (the sill...)

Bed, bedding, room size. Personnel - very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean / neat.

I had no major issues, except sharing a breakfast room for two mornings with a >20-people gang of super loud Italians with kids. During one night, there was a dog barking from one of the nearby houses. The mattress was somewhat soft for me, but it is often so in eastern Europe.

The room was spacious, clean, warm and the bathroom was clean with environmentally-friendly soap dispensers. Wi-Fi worked great, breakfast was diverse and tasty. Reception staff was helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff did an excellent, consistent job, they are well trained. The hotel has an unusual room entry system: upon providing email address, one checks in online and receives a numerical code for room entry. Location is somewhat of a walk (30 min) to the old city, but it is half way between train station and the old town. There is a supermarket nearby. There was a refrigerator, but no tea kettle in the room.

There is no elevator, which is only a problem if you need to take heavy luggage up the winding stairs. But there are only 2 floors, so it's not really that bad. There is a parking lot, but it only fits about 5 cars. The alley you drive through is narrow and may be blocked by cars parked on the public street. Still, pretty manageable situations if people leave their numbers in the window.

The room was cozy and clean. We were comfortable, had a good rest, and relaxed during the day. The breakfast is delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything in the hotel looks clean and well kept. This was a great stay and Hotel Brasov will be our next stop for when we visit some other time.

Good sized room and in January with snow on the ground it was always warm, I was located at the ear of the hotel so very quiet. I came by train and it's clear that the station is not in the centre but this hotel is well positioned halfway between the two, I had no issue walking from the station and to the old town, this suited me fine.

It does not have an elevator but it's not a big deal if you don't have to carry heavy luggage up the stairs.

Location is a bit far from the centre - I knew this when I booked as it was near where I wanted to be. Everything was great and I stayed longer than planned. Comfortable bed, great shower, friendly staff.
