We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe hotel is old, most of the furniture is basic, the facilities especially the bathroom was dirty and the shower could not be used, the carpet not sure if it was ever cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were smaller than the actuals pillows and bed. The breakfast is a basic one and most of it is directly out of the can. The ground floor and the elevator were flooded due to rain, but it seemed like people were used to it.
The location is a central one, so you can easily access other sights. The staff was very friendly and they did their best to be kind and helpful. The good thing is that it's pet friendly and accesible for wheelchairs.

Romaniawe got the apartament for 130 euros - for a 3 stars hotel: - no heating in the room, we had to sleep with the door open in order to have some heat from the bathroom - we let the reception know about the issue: they said someone will have a look and fix the problem, we are still waiting for that person to show up :) - common balconies separated by chairs - the cleaning lady spends around 10 minutes cleaning an apartment, you decide if this is a good thing. - there was supposed to be bathrobes provided, we didn’t receive them, other rooms had them. - breakfast is better in the supermarkets. - far from the sloops - 30 mins walk.
- breakfast time, crowded, but people had to wear plastic gloves in to be taking open breakfast - good thing during covid times.

RomaniaAwful room, with mould, stains on the wall, the cleaning was made probably on fast track. We had a room facing the main road, and the noise was terrible, poor quality windows, we asked for different room and we were told there are no rooms available although we saw on booking there are. Eventually, they found us a different one after we insisted. No one bothered cleaning the stairs from the main entry, they were almost impracticable because of the snow. It needs quite some improvement, especially, the bathroom, the wallpaper, that comes off, the shower is old, it might be clean, but you won't feel like getting inside when you see it. It could be a nice hotel if it had a good manager, that will verify the room keeping, the staff from the front desk(we had to wait a lot for any question, beacuse usually there was no one there), the things that need to be change if the are broke or too old.

CanadaPoor sound insulation, hotel very close to busy street with heavy traffic. All day and night there was noise and vibrations due to the trucks speeding at 2 meters from the corner of the building. I stayed in Room 103, which is one of the closest to DN1 where the heavy traffic never stops. The rest of the hotel was almost empty, but the very few rooms occupied were those closer to the noisy street.

RomaniaI did not get the room I booked. And I was told the room I got was the only one available (which I very much doubted). Staff was polite, but utterly unhelpful. Many a times there was nobody at the reception desk. A bad (sewage) smell in the bathroom. I was offered another one, that was worse on noise. Wifi was okayish on laptop, bar the mornings. Phone was not connecting except in the lobby.

RomaniaEven if on booking it has a rating of 8.3 and also some negative reviews, I ignored them based on my previous experience (2018). And wrong I did…when we arrived, we were offered another room different from the one we booked, indeed a sort of apartment, on the last floor. When we got there, there were no blankets on the bed and the pillows arranged in a way that it was obviously that the cleaning was not completed. We asked for another room, like the one we booked and we received it, so thanks for changing to the original booking. The rooms are ok, only that now the sheets are just…disinfected/boiled (no pleasant smell at all). The bed is comfortable enough, but the pillows…are too big for their covers and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The position of the head is not the same as the rest of the body, and you can have pains next morning. The bathroom, again, disinfected, but with what I don’t know…stains of water all over the place, petrified faucets, the doors uncleaned, dust on the radiators…strange smell in the bathroom, no possibility to open the window…Breakfast was ok, not terrible, not great. The asked price is not relevant for what they offer. More attention from the part of some of the employees. They are young, so they have potential, so the use of a computer shouldn’t be a problem when being a receptionist…The mountain fee/tax (6ron/person/day) should be included in the general cost because some people prefer to pay it all at once with the general cost. We decided to pay it by cash (to exchange a 50 ron bill, to have for tips at restaurants…), the room being already paid online. They did not have exchange, so we paid it by card. The receptionist 'forgot' to give back the money for which did not have exchange…and when we asked for it, she count the money in the cashier to make sure we did not…lie?! (This happened in 2 minutes…so, she forgot too quickly:)) ). Anyway…all the negative reviews are accurate.

RomaniaThe administration of Hotel Bulevard did not understand that when you have a room in which the central heating does not work, at the beginning of November, you do not offer it to tourists. I was given a room where the radiators were not working, although the one in the hotel lobby was warm. They had put a very noisy air heater in the room, as well as the air conditioning, which I used to heat the room. If I turned off the air conditioning and air heater, to be able to sleep peacefully, the room was very cold in two hours. The radiator did not work in the bathroom either and it was permanently cold, in addition I assume that the water installation was flowing, because there was a permanent pool of water in the bathroom. I am very disappointed with the facilities offered.

Czech RepublicShower in my room was not functioning! Elevator was not working and room was at 3rd floor. Although they were adding messages everywhere that they sanitized shower, toilet, sink, there was soap with hair on it on the shower soap support. In my room there was no shower towel (only hands). Hands towel was wet, but really wet. For another room minibar was already empty when we got there. This is not 3 stars hotel, i wouldn’t even call it a hotel. Very bad experience!

RomaniaApparently it was recently bought by someone, therefore it lacked POSs so we had to pay cash at the front desk ( and search for an ATM) The breakfast had very few options. We were checked in a quite small room. The windows were not isolated completely and was cold in the room. The housekeeping skipped a day so we improvised another bag to put the garbage.
It has a parking lot in front of the hotel with available space. The pillows were confortable.
