The heating machine was not working and that's why the apartment was cold and we didn't have any hot water.

Our room was at the ground floor, towards the street, so it was very noisy during the night. There was no AC in the room, so we had to keep the window open. The door of the room has glass so the light from the hallway can be seen during the night from the room.

There is allowed to smoke in a kitchen, so the smell is not good. Rooms are in basement. The hostel is by a big street so it is noisy.

It a very basic for stay in Bucharest. Rooms are in a basement. Quite clean. Good to stay for night or two. Location is relay good. Clear instruction how to enter the rooms. And there is a working coffe machine :)

One of the two bathrooms wasn't functioning meaning all guests had to share just one toilet and shower which were in the same room. This wasn't great when getting ready in a morning. I was also surprised to hear from the host via WhatsApp as opposed to directly through booking.com as this hasn't happened before. The shower had to be hand held to avoid making the bathroom wet.

The location was very central, and for the price it was good value! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. It was great that we had bedding and towels, as well as our own mini fridge. It was very helpful to receive a video on how to check in/collect the keys effectively. The rooms were quiet which made it easy to sleep.

Too much light at night: When people walk in the common area at night, the lights automatically turn on. The bedroom doors are translucent so the light came in and woke me up.

we could not find the key for the hotel to make self check in which lead us to wait almost 1 hour in the street to meet the receptionist to receive the key, it is too hard to find the hotel because it is inside residential building

I don't have space enough to tell how was wrong in this "hostel". It looks more like a open sky rubbish. The toilet was very unclean and hairy. The smell in the room was unbreathable.

The materasso was comodo and the curtains cover the indiscrait eyes who were looking into our room. Thank you

Communication was great! Outside you are thinking that it not nice. But when u came in. It’s really clean place with comfortable rooms and beds. Have two showers and toilets. Clean towels. For one night staying was really good!

We couldn't find the accomodation due to its not having a sign with Carol 51 or Hostel . Also it looked like a derelict building. The security to get in was excess, with the door handle to one entrance being fallen off.. The 24 hr desk check in was non- existent. We didn't see anybody at reception the whole time we were there. The whole place looked desolate, like it was mainly used for Romanian male workers, and as females, we felt unsafe. If I'd have been a solo traveller I'd have rebooked somewhere else.

The left window has a big gap so it was the feelings that the window was always open. The streat was really noizy. There were huge traffic and a lot of loud people even at night. The right window shutter did not work and I was not able to open it. The mattress is really hard. I had the back ache One bad linen was dirty. The duvet cover had a big yellow spot and the sheet had couple gray spots. Fortunately we needed only two beds so we could avoid the dirty one. The booking confirmation said that I can check in from 7 till 23 but in the real life you can check in only from 14. It's really confusing and extremely irritating. By the way the two administrators told me the different information about the open hours and the ability to leave the luggage. I walked one hour around the neighborhood and came there at 11 cause one administrator said that they open at this time but there were no one at 11 too. The property is self-check in. Other administrator said that we should wait when previous guests leave the room and cleaning service do their job but from 11 till 14 there was still no one. What was the reason of keeping us away of the room when they have check in hours in confirmation letter from 7 I don't know. We didn't leave the luggage in the lobby cause it looked unsafe. We didn't know if there were other guests there or they would close the entrance door or not. There is some kind of office in this property but I didn't see the administrator for four days. So there is no person to check and control everything there permanently but there are some cameras. I think because of that other guests were smoking in spite of the no smoking signs and the hall smelled awful. The payment was with cash that was unexpectable.

The room was big and had a fridge, a wardrobe, a table and a tv set. It's enough for a short stay The bathrooms were really clean and good equipped. The glass screen for the bath is much better than the curtain and thank you for that. There was also an iron but I could not find a hair dryer maybe I looked for it bad. The kitchen was equipped well you can find there everything you want. Also thank you for your message about the water from the tap. It's important information. You don't need an air conditioner in these rooms cause the hostel is located in the underground floor and there were always cool. When we had the 32 degree outside we slept with the duvets. But because of the location the rooms are pretty dark. There are some kind of matter covering on the windows so the passerby people can't see anything inside the rooms.
