It was filthy. We couldn't finish our stay there and booked another room elsewhere. The bed was half broken and the sheets were unwashed.

The most dirty place that I have ever seen! Dear host, please don't talk too much - instead of this grab the mop and clean!!! Shame on you! People from Booking, please check the conditions in this place, it is not suitable even for animals! You can catch a bouquet of diseases there! Everything is extremely old and broken - uncomfortable beds, there is not even a simple TV in the room... Not worth for the money at all... The table and the chair were disgusting and sticky... I am really disappointed! And NO, YOU DON'T HAVE A PARKING PLACE!!! You park in front of the hotel on the sidewalk! After we moved our car for two hours somebody else took our place. There in no free parking in Brasov so we had to pay extra to park our car...

The staff was very friendly and helpful (had an early check-in situation which was promptly solved). Location is ideal, area is quiet yet central, there is a parking spot right in front - free of charge. All in all a greta experience for a couple of festival goers.

Still partially under renovation. The kitchen isn't available yet to the public (they don't even advertise having one). Its full potential is still untapped. The garden would benefit from plants and decoration.

The garden, the location, the coziness. The garden. Very close to AFI Mall, to the Old Town, and even closer to the best coffee shop in Brasov (Cafeteca). Everything was at walking distance. The rooms where really warm and clean, unlike I've read in the previous reviews. The cat is well fed :)

Although it looks clean from outside, it is unpleasant inside. The locks on the door of the room are broken. Even if they arrange to stay overnight, they turn off the heater at night. There is only one bathroom for 4 rooms. It is also not clean. I do not recommend it at all for a couple.

The room was filthy, toilet was broken. Bed was broken in several places. Very uncomfortable to sleep. First night was -2⁰ and no heating on. Window in the door to hallway meant constantly woken everytime anyone put hall light on. Very thin walls. No indication of how to check out. No response form enquires made through booking.com

Well, in the bathroom we felt that it was a bit unexpectedly damaged but in the end it all went good!

The room was big, the radiator/heater was ok for the temperature during the night. And it is pretty close to the center of the city!

Everything: personnel is Nice, though not much available. Neither is hygiene or any comfort. Due to corona you cant use the kitchen, well theres no way in hell i would ever, it was all disgusting. Same with the shared bathroom, i didn't wanna touch anything and the stairs felt like they were gonna break. Also there was construction, hope they're really making it better.
