The breakfast was having a lot of usual tasty stuff, I was late (just 15 minutes before closing time), but still able to have everything I needed, so it was great. The position of the property was good for my needs, in the morning there was some noise outside, but in the end the complete balance: comfort/quality/good feeling/good price, was matched. I liked the decorations inside the rooms and the fact that they kept all things related to that part of the country proudly visible!

The underground parking is very small . If you come with a minivan , the it is a real challenge to enter and park it.

No insect nets and a mosquito woke me up. The doors close with a slamming noise and gets annoying when everyone in the building starts to leave the rooms

You could not lock the room from inside, even if you can't open from outside

Nicely decorated rooms, with their own character, quiet despite being on a big, busy street. Friendly staff. Good coffee and croissants for breakfast.

The mechanism of all room doors is pretty loud as it wakes you up if someone from a nearby room decides to have early breakfast or an early check out. The absence of a curtain shower results in water spillage in the bathroom. Loud reprimanding of employees by the staff manager.

Staff was very friendly on all levels of activity. I've enjoyed a good espresso at breakfast, which was pretty diverse.

The staff can come across as rude at times. For example, for the breakfast bag, she asked us "what do you want me to put in it?"... It's hard to answer such a question if you don't know what's on offer.

Location, very quiet room, they were happy to accommodate the fact that we were due to leave at 6am and provided us with a little bag for the breakfast

Underground Parking is ok for the first few clients who come and might be a bit of an issue for the last comers. Good coffee 👍🏼 Omelette was cold 😟

24h/7 reception which is great when you arrive after midnight 😅. Very kind and friendly receptionist considering the late arrival. Goooood breakfast including coffee and a variety of items.

It's not something big, but it seems that the hotel often has problems with the room management system and we had to wait for some time in order to check out. The personnel was very kind and helpful, but could do anything to speed up the process.

This is the second time we have visited this hotel, and it was equally great. The location is excellent for our main goal, the rooms are clean and spacious. The included breakfast is pretty nice, especially after a long night.

The breakfast could have more variety, we stayed there for the weekend and there was always the same things. Staff need to be more organised. We paid on arrival, and had issues in the checkout because the lady from the hotel could not find our receipt.

The bed was not the best and the pilot/blanket was for one person but this wasn’t really a problem because it was summer
