Bathroom was not clean. Maybe just was unlucky as everything looked new and the personnel responded immediately, but nonetheless it ruined my short stay

The person from the reception, Alexandr, has no idea about hospitality! We arrived at 12:00 and he even didn’t welcomed us, instead it he told that we should come after 14:00. He didn’t offer us the possibility to pay for early staying at the hotel. After 14:00 he gave us the room with three separate beds. When I returned from the room and told him that we need one double bed, he told me that he offered me double bed room. Nearby standing his colleague told him that it was three single bed room, and had offered me another room. Another moment: two hours later he called me when I was sleeping and had asked me “What is your surname”. I replied him that I gave him my passport and had completed the hotels questionnaire. Moreover, half an hour later he knocked at the door, but I refused to open it. I suppose that this person is absolutely unprofessional an rude person, so do recommend the guests to keep away from him.

The bathroom amenities provided by the accommodation smell absolutely horrible. Can't be used. Better bring your own. Overal, the price paid for the services received is a bit too high.

The location is not great. The room was not cleaned properly before my arrival. The breakfast may be too late (starting 8:00 am) for someone traveling for business purposes. I have asked if I could have breakfast before 8:00 and they refused.

1.The majority of the rooms are towards a main street,just at one sidewalk distance from the road therefore you will hear that noise.Is like you sleep in the middle of the street(at least this was our experience on the third floor,very poor acoustic isolation of the windows).If you want to get a good rest is is not the place. 2. There was a group of people staying on the same floor with us and they decided to party at 01:00 AM and get very loud.I’ve called twice at the reception and even wrote them a message but none answered.So please note that you need them they will not be there for you . They answers in the morning with a message telling they they took care of.They did not.Those people stopped at 3AM. 3.Since we were not able to sleep at all ( rod noise + party neighbors)we wanted to complain in the morning about the experience telling that it is not acceptable to call reception several times and no one answered.The Receptioner simply did’t care and not even apologized. 4.Parking is a challenge even for experienced drivers.I thought I’ve seen all in terms of bad parking places before seeing this one: underground,very stiff entrance ,extremely tight.You have all the chances to damage your car.

In the last day, there was only cold water at the sink/shower, which I found very incovenient for a 4 stars hotel, and not acceptable. At the reception they told me they also did not have hot water, due to a malfunction.

location is not good, industrial part of the city. but it was near to my job. every day I woke up at 6am, because a dogs. they started barking very early. a breakfast was very poor. employees not professional. the don’t have a laundry and even washing machine.

It’s very clean and well designed. The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot. Near the place you can find a coffee shop and supermarket. I recommend the place!!
