Fantastic accommodation. Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, knew my name, and kept my comfort in mind. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful and it's a 6 minute drive/20 minute walk from the city center. Breakfast was of great quality, and the facilities left little to be desired. While I was staying there, the facilities were being updated as well, so it was clear they cared about keeping the building modern and in great shape.

There is a self check-in service and i could barely open the key box. Good that the host was online and sent instructions beforehand. The street is very nerrow snd goes to the top, was a bit stressful to get there but when we had a walk around the city, on the way back we took uber not to go up the hill to the house.

We were the only ones in the house and that was great! Beautiful terrace with amazing view. There was even binoculars to view the city from the house. You have access to coffee, tea, milk, juice, some snacks 24/7. Good wifi. Enough parking space near the house. The host was responsive and answered all questions quickly. Breakfast was served with cereal, croissants, jam and tostes.

Twin beds are a bit narrow for big people like me. Double beds are fine.

Amazing view from the breakfast room and terasse. Be prepared to walk 20 min to the city centre as driving and parking in the city is a narrow business. Hosts are kind and welcoming. Would like to return some day.

Amazing view from common terrace. Big room with good shower cabin although leaking and wetting the floor. Quiet location although challenging on foot as it it at the end of a long narrow steep street. Cosy. Friendly staff

A lot of stairs, not a good idea if you have a large luggage. Poor breakfast, you made your own coffee with a machine and made your own dishes. Parking was a hassle.

I loved everything. The hotel is very cozy and well taken care of, and Adriana is a very kind person, attentive and helpful Please note that the hotel is located on top of a hill, so walking up there might be a challenge for some people. It takes about 20-25 minutes up hill from the main square There is a bus going to Uniri Square which is about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel, or otherwise take a taxi

You feel like staying at someone's home, welcomed and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, the room was clean and spacious. It has a patio, you can sit and eat or drink with wonderful few of the city and the mountains.

we got the small room beacause we booked late and checked in late... the place is located on a hill so its tough to get there by walking.

the place is located 20 min walk time from the city center. it has a beautiful view from the hill on the city. the hostess was very nice and kind. there were towels in the bathroom and everything was clean.

Host was professional but not at all personable. I felt like a task rather than a guest. Other guests with their toddlers used the common room -located above my room- until midnight. After three hours i told them calmy that i couldnt tolerate the pounding feet on the floorboards. No apology. There ought to be regulations in place about an agreed quiet time so to prevent such problems. Breakfast was poor. No fresh bread, nor fruits, nor vegetables. I wouldnt recommend the place to non–Europeans expecting to enjoy the food, or to those traveling without their own vehicle. Its a bit of a hike.

There was no fridge inside the room. There was no air condition. Breakfast was really poor (sorry) and it was self-service. Bathroom could be better ,hygiene items could be renovated and also having more toilet paper is surely recommended. A look in the room every day to collect the garbage and to make the beds would be an extra point to the facility.

The view is awesome from the living room and also the distance from the city center is one step by feet. One step from the hotel is Tampa Teleferic(suggested), First Romanian School, most of the sights of this city and also a very special Park next to it with playgrounds , shops and many more and mainly it's free of cars !!!

The water was unstable, turning suddenly from hot to freezing in a sec, super unpleasant. The wifi was very poor. Not always available, and when was, poor quality. The most surprising part was the breakfast. We chose the stay because the reviews said there is a homemade breakfast, but it was so poor. Just packed bread, yogurts and cornflakes, we expected the homemade we read about in the reviews.

Pillow and metres quality. Really noisy, you hear everyone taking a shower, talking and whatnots. Staff insisting on parking in a specific designated space after I've already found a parking space near the property. This should be communicated before arrival.
