Loved the hospitality and the help they offered whenever it was needed. The staff is super nice. I liked the place very much. I'll return to romania very soon and this hotel I'll probably book again for my visit there. Thank you for everything.

They should pay more attention to cleaning details. There was mold in the shower cabin, the bathroom had a "funny smell" sometimes, and there were stains in the sheets, which only noticed on our 2nd night. I asked for an extra pillow (which was promptly attended by the helpful staff) but it also came with stains - we decided not to use it. The AC was placed exactly on the side of our bed with the air hitting straight on our heads. We are AC lovers so we found a workaround but I'm sure people who are not into AC will feel uncomfortable. There were no nightstands near the bed.

The location was convenient, as we needed to be close to the Monza Metropolitan Hospital. The hotel is close to restaurants, malls, coffee shops, small grocery shops, and parks. We checked in late (we were stuck in traffic) and the staff was nice and helpful upon our arrival. The bed is very comfortable and the room was quiet and large. They offer Netflix which for us made a huge difference as we had to stay in the room for a while. For a short stay, it's acceptable.

The second night I found a used condom next to my bed; probably I had not noticed it the first night when I arrived, it was the same colour as the tiles of the floor. The room and hotel were okay but finding a used condom is not what you are waiting for when you get back to your hotel.

Very hard towels, usually thrown on the floor under your feet. Parking is okey, but not free, they charged 20 euros per night, as well as for a cup of morning coffee.

They rent the rooms hourly for other purposes... Shady neighborhood and location.Hair everywhere in the room, bad smell, the bed sheets were not changed in the first room.There are only 2 electric outlets, one for the TV and one for the AC...didn't have where to charge my phone.The AC unit is very bad positioned hitting straight to the bad, no chance to use it overnight. The parking is in a yard with an abandoned building in a different location and is 20lei extra charge.

The stuff was nice and helpful, changed the room when I asked and helped with the bags.

There was mold in the room. There is no carpet on the floor, so the floor was very cold. The bed was ok-ish. Only 2 sockets. None near the bed. The room was quite small. I will never book in this place again.

The small balcony was a bonus. For us, who went to Marie Curie Hospital, the location was good.

Reception could not speak in English (guy wrote in phone to translate!!!!!!!!). There was NO HEATING (March)!!!!!!!!! Room smelt after cigarettes!!!!!! Floor SUPER DIRTY!!!!!! Bathroom (...I cannot describe how dirty....) in terrbile condition, not even toilet paper inside, I had to ask for toilet paper even though I finally did not use the toilet because I was afraid to "catch" a microbe... Towels were paper thin, minimum 1000 times used (I did not use them too, I used my own small one for face). I had to clean the toilet with antiseptic tissues 3 times!!!! Not to talk about the matrice, hahahahhaha... Super smelly (cigarette) too and super ditry!!!!!!!! Also a bad smell coming from WC was there to keep me accompanied during the cold night (due to lack of heating as I said)!!!!!!! There was an aircondition in the room, but no control there to use it and also the main heating control was "locked"; I suppose to "save money"!!! In room there was actually NOTHING!!!!!! No glass, no water, no coffee machine, not even a chair to sit on, really nothing at all!!!! My business partner did not sleep all night after he found something "alien" (Photo Nr 1) in the bathroom and a "stain" in his blanket (photo Nr 2).... But in any case it is hard to sleep there due to constant "noise". l wanted to leave immediately but I arrived late at night (21:00) so I had no solution after the guy in the reception requested payment BEFORE I get into the rooms. I suppose he knew I would leave the "Hotel" if I had not paid, because it is better to sleep in the car than in these rooms.. 60 Euros per night lost ... 60 Euros!!!!!!!! And they call it a "Boutique" hotel with 3 stars... What can I say.... Not to forget: in the morning the receptionist went to a "room" (behind closed doors) and gave us coffee - so I paid 60 euros for one moring coffee!!!!!! I really do not understand how this facility has a 8.

There is NOTHING to like in this "hotel" (if you can name it like that!!!). Worst place I stayed in my life and believe me, I travel A LOT!!!!!!!!

Very comfortable hotel, I recommend! Friendly staff to help if you have any questions. The location is in a very quiet place, if you want to sleep and relax, you can come here. We slept very well all night. Modern and stylish design! We had a very positive experience with this hotel.
