I was surprised that the breakfast was delivered from a catering. I didn't see that mentioned when I booked the apartment. I had the impression that it would be a buffet.

Very nice apartment, modern and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. We had an issue with the temperature sensor and the host was very responsive and quickly solved it.

For folks who feel the location is not in city center, that may be true however it is a 45 minute walk from La Fayette to Unirii Square through very nice boulevards. Weather was nice tho, so do yourselves a favor and if you can, just take a walk. Otherwise, it's a 10 min drive the tops, plus you have a free parking at location.

I stayed for only one night in Timişoara, but this place checked all the boxes. Tip for all travelers, if available, book room 12, which is actually a full apartment, you won't regret it. It is fairly clean, bed is very comfortable, bathroom is good sized, clean, all the necessities are there, there are separated living room and a kitchen with dining table. Kitchen had a coffee machine which is very appreciated. It is quiet and cozy. Gentleman at the front desk is extremely polite and helpful and I thank him again on this occasion.

Located on a relatively quiet street. Free car parking. Everything is very clean! Really friendly and helpful staff. Good wi-fi. Good cable tv signal. Cold breakfast. Smart locks both at the entrance of the property and at the room. Very good price for the room.

Breakfast is a box prepared in advance - 2 rolls, 2-3 slices of some ham, one tiny piece of butter, a few vegetables (packed in plastic net with plastic cutlery). You must prepare your coffee in a your room where a coffee machine is available.

Modern and convenient entrance to the building and the hotel room via an application on your phone. In the evening the building is closed and there is no one at the reception. If someone does not use e-mail or the phone application, it will be difficult to get inside.

It was a bit hot in the room. If you’re not confortable with technology, you might dislike the checkin.

The check-in system is very modern! If you arrive at night, there is noone there, but there are clear instructions, you open everything by tapping buttons on your phone :)) Air conditioning and a water for welcome, I paid around 35 euros for a night, for one person.

First thing that impressed me was the check in app, where you add the information in advance and receive access to the key and you can open the doors from there, without the need of carrying for the key. Very clean rooms with complementary toiletries and very friendly staff.

the bathroom needs some renovation. the dividing walls are rather thin and relatively poorly soundproofed

I really liked the method of access to the room. I received an access code by phone and even though I arrived at midnight, everything was excellent. I was also last year, so I considered that the quality / price ratio is very good. I really liked the cleanliness.
