Very good location (very close to "Biserica Neagra"), very clean, very polite people. Is really "value for money". Is somehow difficult to find a parking place, but this is 'normal' for a touristic area.

It's a pity that there isn't parking at the location. There is on-street parking in front, but it's always pretty busy and makes it quite difficult to attempt to get your car in if you're traveling around the area. Similarly, it's a bit of a headache that card payment isn't available at the venue, because attempting to get the right amount of cash to make sure we won't be stuck with additional local currency than we need was a pain.

There were excellent size rooms and the location was super central, meaning we could get around to the tourist spots by foot rather than having to deal with the hassle of cars or that kind of thing. This is fairly ideal for a group of 9 people and only one person who speaks the local language.

The apartment was big enough for me, my husband and the baby. We had a big bed and 3 extendable sofas. The temperature was low, but we had a thermal power plant, so we set the temperature as we wanted. The kitchen had everything you use in your daily life: fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, plates, glasses, etc. The host was very friendly and polite. She was available on the phone or at the reception any time we needed. For sure we will come back again.

No parking. We literally parked 2 kilometers away from the apartment because we couldn't find any parking spot.

Very budget friendly and a minute away from the Black Church. Staff is extra friendly and helpful. Overall, a big, big recommendation for all those on budget visiting Brasov.

The bathroom is poorly designed, as the shower is not enlightened at all and the entrance is a bit weird. The floor is squeaky in the main room, where old floor tiles are placed, but nothing too serious. The TV is INCREDIBLY small - 60cm in diagonal the most.

The location cannot be more central than it already is. The staff is amazing and any request is fulfilled when needed. The apartment is big enough to host 5 people (1 queen bed, 1 extendible sofa and 1 extendible chair). The room is very comfy and hot, as you get a thermostat to set it up as you please. The view is also amazing, with clear view to the Black Church and quiet enough even if is street-positioned.

Very spacious rooms, house is located in the middle of the city within a few steps of the Black Church. Good facilities in the room, impressive traditional house. The staff were very friendly and attentive making us feel welcome and answered our questions. Excellent value for money

My husband and I are seniors and going up 48 high steps in order to reach our room was quite unpleasant. Going back to the apartment wasn’t a happy moment. We should have been noticed about the stairs, since we stayed 5 days/4 nights.

The location is excellent, you can visit all the historical places on foot. The beds are comfy and the size of the apartment is excellent.
