A bit noisy, you can hear people from other rooms and doors slamming. Our neighbours listened to music until 03:00 in the morning, but this is not the hotels's fault.

The room was very nice and clean. Very good breakfast with fresh vegetables and quality food. The view from the pool is awesome. The stuff is friendly and on weekends they organize all kind of activities for their tourists. Liqve music at the restaurant was very romantic.

Great remote location, but not far away from cities, fresh mountain air, surrounded by mountains - very close to Arka adventure tree zipline park, great breakfast food selection, tasty food, great restaurant for lunch and dinner, too. Plenty of parking space (free) Vert clean rooms and bathrooms.

Hotel Castelnor exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff who ensured my check-in process was seamless. The rooms were tastefully decorated, providing a cozy sanctuary to unwind after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. Every detail had been carefully considered to create a tranquil and comfortable environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's amazing spa. Situated amidst the serene mountainous landscape, the spa offered a range of luxurious facilities that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, like indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna and more other. The spa's tranquil ambiance truly added to the overall experience, allowing me to unwind and escape from the stresses of everyday life. The dining options at the hotel were equally impressive. The restaurant served a variety of delectable dishes, prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The menu showcased both local and international cuisine, providing a culinary experience that satisfied even the most discerning palate. Additionally, the attentive and friendly staff made dining an absolute pleasure, ensuring my needs were met and providing excellent recommendations. The hotel's location on Paltinis Mountain was truly idyllic. Overall, my stay at this 4-star hotel on Paltinis Mountain with its incredible spa was a truly unforgettable experience. I didn’t like the children screaming at breakfast. I’m pretty sure that’s not something that management can (or should) fix though …

Location is great. Feels like a castle in the clouds. The facilities were very good as well. Room was spatious enough and very clean. SPA is nice. It was a bit crowded but it was to be expected. It was a weekend. It would have been worrying if it wasn’t I guess. The restaurant is very good. Pricing is a bit steep but I gues it comes with the view. All in all it was a great experience. Will definitely return.

There is only one small elevator strangely located at the end of the hallway and it does not go all the way to the floor with the Spa area, so you need to walk around and take the stairs which can turn a bit uncomfortable if you ever forget anything in the room and have to go back and forth. Rooms are nice overall, only downside in terms of size they are a bit on the small end for 4* , same as the balconies (some balconies are bigger but depends on the luck what balcony size you get).

Castelnor is nicely located at the entrance of the Paltinis resort, a nice place to disconnect and relax and close to some ski slopes (few min by car to 'Arena Platos' ski area). The place is quite a nice blend of classic and modern, with a nice Spa area and pool downstairs, offering nice quality massage options as well. The rooms look nice and very clean, bathroom has walk-in shower and quite modern. Breakfast is very good with lots of variety of quality food. There is parking included for guests.

I don't think the food was up to the level of the hotel and the spa. However, this does not mean that the food is bad, just not at the price level. This being valid specially for dinner, but also breakfast. The swimming pool was crowded and, allowing access to children, it could hardly be called part of the spa center.

The location is a real relaxation oasis with an extraordinary spa center. The massages were exceptional. Ideally for a weekend escape. The staff is friendly and always at your disposal.

The breakfast was average. The daily cleaning only included changing towels and adding toilet paper. However, they don't take away dirty cups or provide general clean up. Finally room service is not provided for breakfast and only certain food items can be delivered for room service.

The location was excellent. In addition, the pool was excellent. The spa treatment was also very good and comprehensive. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Couple of small things: at one point a loud noise started in the room like some loud pipes or someone having a shower noise. It was quite loud and disturbing. Another small issue was the variety of the minibar. One other small inconvenience was related to the bar/restaurant not beeing opened between 10:30 and 12:00. Another small regret was that i have asked them to bring me a flower bouquet (for a surprise) and they haven't managed to do so.
