It wasn't equipped with a knife to cut, only restaurant ones with a round tip that you can't really use with anything, and as tableware it only had a large plate and a small one, no thought of a bowl. Regarding the bathroom, the hot water didn't really work, sometimes there was no pressure, but there was little hot water, and sometimes there was none at all.

The room was very cold and dirty.We got very hard in touch with the owner.He lies to us that there is warm in the appartment which was totally false, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL.

Don't book! It's deceptive! Mafia! The apartment is shut down and clop, the internet is disabled for non-payment. There was no bed linen on the bed, towels dirty. There was no light in the Hall.

The host did not show up at the appointment. Did not answer the phone. I could not enter and stay in the apartment.

First of all this is fraud. We booked a few hours before arriving în Bucharest as we talked with the owner via whatsapp. When we arrived AT the building the owner stopped responding to all of our several calls, leaving US în The middle of the night with no place to stay and of course they took the money în advance. They Also blocked US everywhere so we cannot reach them The owner îs scamming people. Must be blocked.

Don't don't dont the building falling apart scary neighborhood elevators get stuck gave 3 worng addresses couldn't find the apartment no reply from the renter we were stuck for 3 hours at midnight looking for the place and needed to book another hotel and didn't even tried to apologize nor gave as any answer's or refund

my boyfriend and I didn't even get to stay at the property, as the owner simply changed the address at the last minute to another location, stating that the apartment was flooded. when we arrived at the previously confirmed address, we waited more than an hour for someone to show up, we sent a message and called and no one returned to us. We were very upset with the owner's neglect. moreover, after 1h 48min the owner called us, stating that she had to change the address without consulting us first, the other address was extremely far from where we were.

I advise booking.com to remove this property from the website because he/she such a theft and fraud . He/she has an apartment in residence building with no reception or front desk. I had to wait out side the building at 23:00 for almost half hour trying to contact the property owner but he/she didn’t pick up my calls or my messages.

The property owner is totally fraud. DO NOT book here . you pay the booking in advance and then he/she never respond to you!
