No wifi. Plugged power cords and vacuum cleaners left unattended on hotel hallways. In the restaurant they were doing "housekeeping" within designated serving hours while you were eating, just besides you. No fresh towels by default. No bath robe.

Indoor and outdoor thermal pools with hydromassage, quiet, fabulous walks on the river side. Excellent for an out-of-the-city getaway. Excellent bed mattress.

Parking too small for the hotel capacity. Check in is made by two employees, which are overloaded by the amount of turists, which means long queue. Poor cleanliness, I found bugs in the bathroom. Lack of balcony.

The establishment resembles a restaurant. We requested chicken in gorgonzola sauce, but it turned out to be chicken with sour cream. The bathroom door frames are swollen from water, causing a significant leak that has damaged the carpet.

Nice staff, warm in the room, great pools with thermal waters. Fair price for the accomodations and use of the pools. Free parking just on the other side of the street, in front of the hotel.

Style of breakfast (time-demanding). No air condition. Personnel usually cannot speak English. No WiFi in room. No balcony. Parking on public place 70 metres off hotel (only there Is enough free place).

I didn't like the hotel restaurant staff. they had no intention of making us feel good in their location. very strange work schedule. At 9 pm everything was closed: restaurant, bar. Too bad this wonderful location.

The building, although renovated nicely, is obviously very old and the rooms are little austere. Not a lot of things to do in the hotel or around. If you are not there for therapy (as many does), I think 3-4 days are enough to get the best out of your vacation.

The pools made our holiday. Three or four very warm pools, with jets, bubbles and slides. Although, the young generation may find it boring, as majority of the patrons where of middle to third age. Also the food was very good and surprisingly cheap, but this can change quickly nowadays :). The location was also stunning, with a nice park around and the river in front

The food is not so great, there are no large beds...only twin.. And the card for electrical power in our room had bad connection and we had to struggle to get it into the right place in order to have electricity..

Impressive looking hotel from the outside. Has a retro feel of a hotel still operating in the Communist era but that's part of its attraction.
