The bed was ok but not so comfortable because it’s used a lot. Have to change the mattress.

Good area. Good owner he was available all the time and gives an excellent service. The bed and the bathroom were clean. The room have TV and hot water for shower .

The window shutter wasn't working properly but that wasn't a problem for me.

Cannot get more central than this. Especially on weekends, when the main road is close to traffic, this area becomes the center of the evening activities. Cafés, bars, any kind of restaurants are just around the corner, making it all more livable without cars. The flat is basic but sparkling clean, comfortable, and the host was flexible with check-in.

The fridge from the hallway that was used by 4-5 different apartments could be cleaned more often.

Easy self check-in. Very warm in the room during winter months. The area is one of the best in Bucharest with a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.

no soap (wouldn't be an issue if I knew it before as I arrived quite late, went to a shower than .. oops :)) ), the extra bed was broken so we couldn't put the kid in it as a rod was out

The apartment was small. Everything worked, but nothing fancy. Jewish visitors please take note: There are 3 shared doors with electronic keypads only - no regular key. We asked to bypass the electronic locks on the shabbat which worked for part of the day, but in the end we were locked out of the apartment for 5 hours.

Relatively cheap for the location. Good heating. Everything looked recently painted and was clean. Shower includes soap/shampoo, sink includes soap/ sponge. Kitchenette has plates/ cutlery for 2. Easy contact with owner and he went out of his way to accommodate our special requests.

During our first night, there were loud noises outside and we were not able to sleep well.

Location was close to bus and metro stops, so it was convenient to travel to things we wanted to see in Bucharest.

The water heater was not working properly and it was difficult to take a shower. It was quite uncomfortable.

The place is in great location, the infrastructure is super.. Comfortable place, contains all that is required, worth the money! Easy to check in by yourself. The owner is prompt to reply and helped us a lot and very quickly when our initial booking was cancelled by another owner.

Perfect location! On the Main Street, with an amazing pizzeria below! Not the best facilities (not luxury) but still comfortable. Perfect for college students who just want to visit Bucharest while avoiding hostels and shared bathrooms.

- as it is touristic place the other guests could party till 4am in the building. So earplugs is must to bring with you - the duvet cover was absolutely rolled up - need to be changed - during having shower the water temperature changes many times that makes washing your hear a bit uncomfortable

- easy self check-in and check-out - the host was ready to answer on any my question and it didn't take long. - the room is spacious - i liked the elements of an old furniture there - i am always curious about this:) - the location is excellent for the tourist - everything is like on your palm:) - the building in general is magnificent - it looks like there was a theatre before - need to find out.:)

There is no common area or kitchen for a long term stay.

Really like the neighbourhood, more than Bucharest city center with a lot of cafes and restaurants. And also no cars in the street during weekend!

We were very happy on the whole.

The apartment is in a great location. Very central and in a vibrant area. The size of the apartment is perfect for families with a large king size bed, single bed and sofa in one room and a double bed and two sofas in the other room. There is also a dining table and chairs. The apartment is great value for money and the communication was very helpful and prompt. I would definitely book again.
