I didn't have any problem personally, but there is no good soundproof at the interior part of the building (if people staying next to you are noisy, you can easily hear them).

The location was really good. Close to the old town, without the noise from bars/clubs.

The room is relatively small, but enough for a 2-3 days trip for a couple. No refund in case of lack of presentation (should offer at least the possibility to reschedule).

Very good location (3 minutes by foot from Piata Universitatii and Old Town). During stay I requested a late check-out (normally at 12:00, but I've made the check-out at 13:00 without paying more, only talking at reception).

As previous reviews, the location was excellent being just 10 minutes from the old town. We had a back facing room (not the main road) so no noise whatsoever. On the 1st floor so just 1 flight of stairs to breakfast & 1 down to the reception. The room was quite small but for a 5 night stay was great. Coffee & tea facilities and a fridge & TV. Very clean room with excellent daily service & comfy bed. Breakfast was plentiful, varied & lovely coffee. Reception was always helpful with excellent English. Thoroughly recommend this excellent hotel at a bargain price. Many thanks

The robes we got had hairs from the laundry.. On the second day to our stay, the cleaning lady broke the closet so we couldn’t open it (both doors), and broke my charger which i left behind the dresser near the bed. There is an air vent in the bathroom which turns on every time you turn on the lights, and it’s extremely loud…

Location, receptionists were very nice and helpful, breakfast was nice and coffee was good. We got a room in a higher floor like we asked in advance (most comments are warning that a room on the 2nd floor would suffer from noise while the breakfast is being made). Shower wad wide and had warm water even at 6am. Bed was very wide!

Nothing particular, it was a cost effective hotel with a perfect location.

The location was close to old town, the breakfast had limited options for a four star hotel, however it was quite satisfaying. Overall, I highly recommend for a short stay in the city center.

Being located on the main road, Romanian drivers don’t keep to the speed limit and it was like being next to a speedway even at 3am. I had the window closed but could still hear cars/sirens and people talking. Don’t let that put you off it’s just one thing!

Hotel's location is great, right in the middle of Old Town. Value for money is definitely there because all of the attractions are at your walking distance (max 15 min).

Quite limited options for vegans in the breakfast buffet. Double room is a bit small for two persons and their luggage.

Breakfast had quite a lot of variety. The room was very clean, and beds were comfortable. They provide bathrobes, which is not very common.

I would say rooms have paper walls, you can hear everything what is happening outside or in the other room. Don't stay on 2nd floor like we did. Staff is starting preparing for breakfast before 7 and you can hear everything!!! That was quite annoying.

Room size ir good and breakfast is quite OK, just almost the same everyday and we stayed 5 days there. Location is very good, close to everything.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from Izvor metro station, walking distance to the old town and all the central tourist locations. Late night grocery stores close by. Friendly check in. Modern and clean bedroom and bathroom, complimentary water. Good buffet breakfast with both hot and cold options.

There is need for deeper cleaning. It seems clean on the surface, but if you look better there are many dirty spots and details everywhere. When I have opened the minibar, there was old opened yoghurt package.

Great location! Nice stuff. Comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. I have read the reviews about this hotel before coming, so my expectations were very realistic, and I think it is good value for the money and location. It is okey and nice place, but do not expect luxury.
