When we entered the room the was awful smell. Also if open window it's very noisy from traffic, so have to close the window at night. The stuff helped with smell, someone came to clean and fixed air conditioning so we could sleep with closed window.

The shower leaked under the door, there's a lack of mirrors, there was a nespresso machine but no pods for it so it's basically pointless and the balcony was dirty with cigarette butts.

Rooms are pretty good except the broken wardrobe in our room, but room service is awful. No new sheets, no cleaning, no new towels, there were dirty coffee cups from previous visitors which stayed for 3 days at the balcony.

The bathroom can definitely be improved. Also, I needed to go to the toilet in the middle of the night and when I turned on the lights, I met two “pets” roaming free on the sink. They vanished right afterwards, but still… I know that Bucharest has a problem with bugs, but you should do something about this.

The breakfast could have been more diverse. At least 1 bottle of water can be put in the rooms every day. I arrived the hotel at 22:15 and was very thirsty. There was nothing to drink in the room and the minibar was completely empty.

The location was great! The hotel is very close the old town, transportation and to everwhere! The breakfast was not perfect but it was enough. At one time, in the breakfast, the time was around 8:00 am, the coffe was over! It is not acceptable!

A little issue with my bathroom.

The staff are very accommodating especially Andrei at the reception-very helpful. I also like the location very close to Old Town and other areas of interest. I am definitely going to book again at this hotel the next time I visit.

The shower door was not sealed at the bottom so when showering, the water was going out on the entire floor of the bathroom. Also, the flap of the air conditioner was broken and the direction could not be controlled.

The location is great and the design was nice. Quite clean too.

The mini fridge didn't work, but its possible I just couldnt figure out how to turn it on. Im sure if I asked about it, they would help or change it for another one. No complaints

Very clean and stylish. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. They checked us in when we arrived, even though it was a couple of hours earlier and made sure our room was cleaned asap so that we can enter. Wi fi was working fine as well.

Need to clean ventilation in a restroom better and i had some problems with flies, as i saw thay came to me from ventilation too.

Nice personal, tasty breakfast, good location and design inside. I've being surprised nicely presence of a bathrobe and a lot of pillows.
