Uncomfortable bed, there wasnt even a proper blanket and the pillow was tiny. Breakfast is shockingly bad - stale bread, sad looking cold cuts and very limited choice

Room was dirty. Old furniture. No air conditioning. No hair dryer. Bathrtube old and dirty. I accidentally went to another room and the keys were the same and opened somebody's else door :(. Price for the room was too expensive for what it is.

Rooms and hotel need some serious refurbishing. Seems it;s stuck in a different era. Nevertheless this is reflected in the room price. Doors and rooms don't offer any soundproofing. Fridge in room making loud noises. Parking lot was full.

Hotel location could not be better. Got a room with a view towards the fortress. Breakfast was good. Any minus was overcome by a very good price offer.

The pictures for the hotel were obviously taken a while ago when the hotel was newly renovated. It could use a little bit of work to update facilities and rooms...maybe remove the old smell from rooms.

The hotel needs some improvement; it looks like 30 years ago: the bathrooms, the elevators a.s.o. are old. The elevator (the mechanism) was very noisy during the evening and night; the mattresses need to be changed for a comfortable sleep

There was no hot water running, the drain from the bath tub was clogged, the water needed almost 1h to go down and despite the hotel being 75% empty, we got the worst room ever. The hotel clearly needs some upgrades.

The installations are so-so. Somewhat old dated.

It is a tall building so it´s generally easy to find when walking around. It is a big hotel, but it was not crowded when I was there.

The light burned out in one of the bathrooms. There was a small piece of trash on the floor. The hotel is a little tired.

The location can't be beat. And our room had a view of the citadel that was amazing! The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was great and plentiful.

Very old bathroom, no shower curtain, no shower head support, rotted bathroom door, very worn carpet, dirt where the carpet meets the walls. The elevators are very old and dirty, you can hear the elevator going up from your room and this noise wakes you up at 7 in the morning. One morning, the breakfast was very poor, but the next day, it was more than decent

I think the electricitical network should be renovated and the door wasn't easy to open with the key.

Room entry door looked like it was force open at some point. Bathroom bath is in dire need of repairs, as with many more things throughout the hotel.

You feel like you go back in time 30 or 40 years and it needs a good renovation for it to come back in this century. But all in all it was better then aspected.

The view from the room, we had a splendid view of the Alba Carolina citadel that is right next to the hotel. It was clean in the room and in the hotel. We ate dinner and the food was delicious. Also the breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice and welcoming.
