The house is very old, the door can sometimes be a bit finicky to open and the floor creaks but this never affects your stay considering everything else is perfect.

Amazing location right in the old center but on the opposite side of the very busy streets. So while you can arrive anywhere in minutes, the noise is not bad at all at night. The room is huge and equipped with so many things, from kitchen tools, oven, washing machine, slippers, to even laundry detergent and fabric softener, we really felt like at home, we didn’t miss anything. It has a traditional fire heater but modernised so you can automatically start and adjust the fire with a button. We stayed here in the peak of winter and the room was so warm we didn’t need blanket. The host speaks good English and gives you good recomand such as the best places to visit and good restaurants.

Great location (pretty street in the heart of the old town), very comfortable apartment with everything you need. Safe for solo travelers. Host provided detailed instructions for arrival, checked that everything was ok or if I needed anything. I will definitely book again next time I'm in Brașov.

Great central location from which to explore Braşov. The apartment is spacious, comfortable & modern. Check-in was easy and clear. The owner was very responsive to questions.

I would suggest - but this is a very subjective opinion - adding a couple of extra pillows to the bed headboard for extra comfort.

- Good communication with the host; easy and speedy check-in/checkout; - The proximity to the city's historical center; - Lots of good restaurants nearby; Also Mega Image market right around the corner; - Even if the accommodation is in a busy area, it's quiet during the night; - A great variety of kitchen and bathroom electrical utensils: hairdryer, hair iron, hair curler, coffee machine (coffee is offered free of charge), toaster, water heater, iron; - Some would complain about the parking spaces, but remember you are in one of the busiest areas in Brasov, so expect a pleasant walk from the car to the accommodation. 24h is 24 lei in this zone, reasonable enough, I'd say.

Great place to spend a weekend or a short holiday in Brasov. Chic studio is located right in the heart of the Old City, walking distance to Council square. Very spacious, well organized, kitchenette equipped with all necessary, properly warmed when we got there in the evening. Easy checkin, no need to call the owner during our stay. It was not first time when we choose Chic, and it will not definitely be the last time.

- Only one thing : the bed ! While it looks nice for sure, it's rather squicky ( noisy ) and the pillows aren't that comfortable. Maybe tightening some screws will get rid of the noise, but pillows should definitely be changed with better quality ones.

- Very friendly and communicative host, very detail oriented ( which is exactly how I am as well ) - Studio is very spacious, has absolutely everything you need and there's a very cozy vibe - Location is perfect for just about everything you can be looking for, very very central - Quite honestly it was almost perfect overall, we're really looking forward to get back whenever we'll be visiting Brașov

Great place to stay in centre of the old town!. Many restaurants and delicious bakeries within a few minutes walk. Very comfortable and clean with many thoughtful touches. The photos don't do it justice. Very spacious room. We were warm and cosy in October with lots of hot water.

Great studio, with a perfect location to walk around. We got in really easy, the host was very helpful and wrote us before arriving all the info we needed from transportation to unlocking the door. He came and showed us how to turn the heat on and where we can find everything we need in the home. Clean bedsheets, clean towels and very clean house in general. The bed was great and didnt make any noise. The host recommended us some places with delicious food. I will definitely book again any chance i get.

Excellent location close to restaurants and the old town centre. The apartment was very well equipped with cooking basics The street is noisy in the evenings with restaurants, but the noise tapers off towards midnight. The apartment was spotlessly clean.
