The location was great and very close to Oradea, only a 10 minutes drive. The facilities such as the sauna and spa were excellent and we spent a lot of time relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and made our stay relaxing, stress free and memorable.

The room and the facilities were great, the food was really good, with a wide variety that you can choose from. We enjoyed very much the indoors and outdoors pools, our son had many options to choose from.

the room cleaning for the 3rd day and all the renovations that were made when we stayed there. it was noisy.

I liked the swimming pool, the massage at the spa. the food was good and they have diversity in the menu. it as clean as well just the room cleaning for the 3 rd day it wasn’t how it supposed to be.

Perla Hotel is located in a resort that has a lot of tourist potential for its tranquility, thermal waters and thermal lake with wild ducks.

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel by any standards. It was 38 degrees outside when we checked in and the aircon didn't work at all. We were told that it is all centralised and that you can't set the temperature individual from each room anyways. The hotel looks better from the photos, in reality it's very tacky, overcrowded and not particulary clean. There was work going on in the building which made it even less enjoyable. The staff at reception didn't even bother trying to be remotely helpful or empathetic. We ended up leaving after 1 hr and booking elsewhere

We arrived on a Tuesday at 18:30 and gone straight away to enjoy the swimming pools (which was lovely) and have a drink after our long driving journey. At check in, they gave us the opening hour for bar drink (open until 20:00) and the restaurant (open until 22:00). We were very disappointed at first because the bar actually closed at 18:50 and the staff send us to the restaurant which is at the opposite side of the swimming pool. We ordered 2 pints of beer (500ml) and receiving 2 glass of 400ml for the same price and when we asked about it when we ordered on other round ,the staff member explained us that they did not have plastic glasses of 500ml and that the beer of 400ml and 500ml were the same price which I found this really weird. On the same time we let them know that we wanted to book a table later on the evening and the staff told us that we did not need to book to have a dinner and that we could come at any time before 22:00. At 21:30 we arrived at the restaurant and we we’re “welcomed” so rudely (let’s honestly said they were not happy to welcome us at all). We were imposed a table on a the middle of the way while plenty of other nice table were available and they did not even bother to asked us if we wanted to eat outside or any other option. The staff were laughing and make a lot of noise like we weren’t here, which make us feel so uncomfortable and unwanted. We were forced to asked to change table and go outside to be able to spend time in peace. Then we ordered 2 meals and a bottle of sparkling wine which arrived without any bucket even if the temperature outside was hot. We asked for it and they said they did not have any bucket which look very strange for a 4 stars. The food arrived and the waiter asked us for the dessert order even if we did not even started to eat our food. The food was lovely, very tasty and generous (thanks a lot to the kitchen staff !!!

The hotel was new and the bed comfy ,swimming pool very nice and clean. The spa facilities (including Bali massage) was lovely and worth the price (120Lei/pers) Breakfast was OK as well and the food (only the food not the service ) were very good.
